Surrounded by old olive trees, the house offers true Mediterranean escape - perfect for couples, families or anyone seeking peace, sun, and sea. Breathtaking sunsets from one of the terraces are unforgettable. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2024 during which we created space that fuses soft contemporary design with a traditional Mediterranean architecture.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and terrace. Equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, and a washing machine. Only 250m from one of the larger beaches in Montenegro with restaurants and cafes, shops. Taxi stand in front of the building 3km from the center of Budva. Free parking in the garage.
