Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik.

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.
