This house is absolutely breathtaking, the photos don’t do it justice. It sits alone on a hill overlooking the sea, surrounded only by open fields and a grove of olive trees. The exterior landscaping is exceptional. There is a large lattice covered patio, with built-in grill, and infinity pool, where we spent most our time, soaking in the beauty of our surroundings. The inside is larger than expected, with a lovely living area, and modern kitchen stocked with all the necessities needed for making meals. My husband, adult son and I are much taller than average so we were happy to find the beds large and comfortable, and appreciated the washing machine in one of the full bathrooms. Δημητρης welcomed us with fresh fruit and homemade liqueur along with recommendations of local beaches and eateries in the charming village of Drios, which is walking distance to the home. Like all good hosts he left us alone to enjoy our time together, but was quick to respond to any questions we had.

5 of us stayed at Mario’s place in Drios for 5 nights- we had such a wonderful time. Location is fantastic- less than 5-10 min walk for a lovely supermarket, amazing restaurants and the bus to take your around the island. The villa itself was clean and spacious with AC in every room. The outdoor areas were beautiful and peaceful and we had a lovely stay! Thanks so much to the helpful and responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay at Betty Apartments. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was serviced every day and they even did our laundry for a small charge. The area of Drios is beautiful, and there are many wonderful restaurants to eat at. It's five minutes to the local beach which is small but gorgeous, and about a twenty minute walk to Golden Beach which is stunning. Petros was very friendly and helpful. We would throughly recommend this place and hope to be back!
