The Old Post Office Apartment

Mary‘s accommodation was absolutely wonderful., warm, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. I felt very welcome, especially with the generous food. Thank you so much. The place is extremely well equipped (even an air fryer!) The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a large shower, lovely warm water, and a heated towel rack, such a treat! I also appreciated the smart little details, like the bedside light switch. The town itself is extremely charming and very clean, and the whole area is just beautiful – peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for walking or hiking. Mary was a pleasure to write to – so kind and caring. Thank you Mary so so much 🩷

Entire house @Seán’s shed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sean’s Shed, it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip away and much more. Laura was fantastic to deal with & extremely helpful. It is in an ideal location if you want to get away from city-life & only a few minutes away from Mullingar. It is a perfect place for a group of friends or a family wanting that little bit of extra space. I would highly recommend staying here.
A charming stone cottage is framed by a decorative iron gate, set against a clear blue sky. The building features a steeply pitched roof and multiple windows, surrounded by lush greenery and a gravel driveway.

The Stables @ Hounslow

The cottage is great, really comfortable and the filled pantry made it really easy to settle in. Gráinne and her husband are fantastic hosts. Unfortunately I got sick and we needed an ambulance. They helped with every step of the way and even provided rooms for the nurses who accompanied me during my flight home. This way I got to know them the day before my flight. I'm really sad I could not enjoy the beautiful surroundings more and had to leave early, but I can fully recommend this place.

Tranquil rural cottage

Bruno was very welcoming. He left a very generous amount of food for us - milk, bread, eggs etc. The cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived and stayed that way. It is a cosy and comfortable cottage in a nice, quiet location close to town. Bruno was very helpful in suggesting local hike routes.

The Derries

We had lovely time staying in this beautiful house! It was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The house was even more beautiful and spacious than it seemed in the photos. We really enjoyed being so close to the river and walking around near the property. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and make coffee and tea. The house was very warm and cosy even in the cold winter nights!
