From the quaint, screened entry porch to the large deck with oak trees rising through it, the River House is a relaxing space for you to while away the hours. We offer a relaxing experience with a country feeling only 15 minutes to downtown Austin or lake Travis. The cottage is brand new, 900 sq ft and located on 2/3 acre property. The cottage is about 15 minutes to downtown or to Lake Travis, in a non incorporated neighborhood with less street lights, more star gazing and great bird watching! You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deer too if you're lucky.
