The well-known Cape Arkona is, for example, only about 20 min. away by car. The relaxing location, close to the Kreptitzer Heide, is well suited for nature lovers and for peace seekers. The coasts and beaches invite you to hike, bike rides or sporting activities at any time of year.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Bicycles are safely in the private bicycle space. A car parking space belongs to the apartment.

Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.
