beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

The small house has everything you need in everyday life and even a little more. It is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable right away. Especially the garden and terrace is really very nice to sit and the surroundings are quiet. The only drawback, however, is that there is no privacy screen to the neighbors on the left side, which did not bother us, but even more beautiful it would probably have been with you anyway. Nevertheless, the property is fenced all around, so escape-proof and perfect with a dog. We were really very satisfied and enjoyed our holiday very much.

A beautiful spacious and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Usedom. Many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed linen was clean and towels were available in sufficient numbers. The large shower is also perfect if you are on site with small children. The only drawback: With our large bus, we did not get into the assigned parking space (personal bad luck). But right on the street we could always park without any problems. :) Conclusion: We booked right back at home.

An absolute heart recommendation! The house is very cozily furnished and we were happy to wake up in this beautiful ambiance every morning and start the day. The sun shines very nicely into the living room all day and the view outside is very nice and green! Quiet location and a short walk to the beach. The sauna was also a real plus, as was the barbecue and the fireplace. Communication was also great and questions were answered quickly. All in all, a cozy holiday and a place to stay that invites you to linger. We are more than satisfied!

The apartment "Kleiner Vilm" is a pearl in Lauterbach (Mole). It is located on a quiet street, yet the harbor and the train station are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment offers everything your heart desires: a very clean and well-equipped kitchen, a warm, clean bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed.
