Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. "Windspiel" on the ground floor offers 60 m² of spacious living space for 2-3 people. Highlights include a private sauna, a fireplace and smart home features. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a gel topper. The third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer are also provided.

There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Large south-west terrace by the pond. Ideal starting point for cycling and nature experiences. Dogs are welcome. Towels, sheets and parking included.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
