Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Our thatched fisherman's house is located in a quiet, idyllic village location in the small town of Neuenkirchen, surrounded by beautiful Bodden waters. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours. Via the Wittower ferry, which is only 2 km away, you can also quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Wiek, Dranske or Glowe.
