Ne comptez pas sur un appartement impersonnel et profesionnalisé ou une chambre d'hôtel, vous rentrez dans un endroit réellement habité et décoré avec goût. Je me suis senti comme dans un petit nid cozy et très parisien.

Adorei ficar nessa acomodação, estávamos em 6 pessoas e ficamos bem confortáveis. A estação de metrô é bem próxima (mas não tem barulho) demorávamos 12 minutos para chegar nos arredores do Louvre. Para o parque da Disney é bem simples para chegar, em torno de 40 minutos. Tem bons mercados, padarias, hortifruti próximo do apartamento. O anfitrião é bem cuidadoso com os hóspedes, indo até o local para fazer o checkin. Recomendo muito este anfitrião

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

Wish I could have stayed longer. Diogo’s home is just that … his home. It’s nice to stay in a place that has warmth and personality. It has some quirks, as my own home does, which makes it part of the local experience I’m seeking when traveling. Not great for those who can’t navigate stairs, who take up a lot of volume, or who want a hotel-like environment. Perfect for me. Thanks Diogo❣️

Albert's place is one of the best Airbnb experiences that I ever had. Albert welcomed me and my parents in his house personally. He arranged plenty of fruits and drinks for us. The apartment is actually better than how it looks in the pictures! It has everything that one needs during a Paris trip. It is well located with metro and bus connections very close-by. Supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance too. The apartment kitchen has every basic thing for your stay. Albert's consideration of every single details made us appreciate his efforts for guest's comforts. Overall, we felt at home and I now know where to stay in my next Paris trip!

A acomodação é linda. Uma vista linda da avenida e é exatamente como as fotos. Possui bastante coisas a serem melhoradas com relação a manutenção mas é bastante funcional e confortável. Fica um pouco distante do centro mas ao redor tem bastante comércio, 3 entradas pro metrô bem pertinho e chega-se no centro com facilidade. O Sofiane é bem solicito e Eduardo. Nós atendeu muito bem. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes

Very beautiful house and very well maintained. It was spotless clean when we entered. The room are nice, big and comfortable. The garden is massive and the barbeque space is really the highlight. We did it twice. The house has each and everything from a small kitchen accessories to washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a family or couples or bachelors. Great experience and complete worth for the money.

Alexandre’s place was great. He was very responsive and met us at the apartment even though it was midnight. Apartment was very cozy and had a great kitchen. Alexandre put lots of stuff in the fridge and provided bread, cheese and fruits for the night that we arrived. Sleeps 2 but if you are large people like my wife and I, it is a bit challenging on the full bed. The decor in the apartment was very interesting. Nice living and dining area. No head shower just a handheld one and an older bathtub which again makes it challenging for older couples to take a rinse. Over all we were satisfied with the place and location which was very central. Also bring on the 5th floor the elevator was a big big help. Of course Alexandre is a great host.

Se si supera l’impatto dei sei piani a piedi, l’appartamento di Francois è davvero un luogo piacevole dove rientrare dopo una lunga giornata in giro per Parigi. Wir haben 5 Tage als fünfköpfige Familie in dieser sehr außergewöhnlichen Loft-Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist wirklich geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Direkt nebenan befinden sich ein Bio-Bäcker, ein Blumengeschäft, ein regionaler Metzger und ein Bio-Gemüseladen. In der Straße befinden sich Restaurants und viele Kneipen. Weitere Bäcker und auch kleine Mini-Markets/ Aldi/Lidl sind schnell erreicht. Die Umgebung ist jung und authentisch. Der Place de la République ist fussläufig in ca. 14 Minuten erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und Virgile, der Gastgeber, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and as described in the photos. It gave us a great base from which to explore Paris using the RER C which is only a short 10 minute walk away. The apartment is close to a small convenience store and has a good bakery within walking distance. Our host was helpful and responsive. We managed to get parked behind the apartment in one of spaces in the gravelled parking area. Our vehicle was fine left there for 3 days. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but we did not experience any noise issues as it has good double glazed windows. I would recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

Don't look for a place in Paris but book this beautiful Airbnb just 25km south of the capital! Angelique made us feel at home by putting some cosy lights on and some music as we came in late due to works on the pheripherique… The loft is a renovated old building and Angelique informed us that she’ll be do more renovating soon. The place will be even more beautiful! It’s extremely quiet and it is an excellent place to work during the day. The surroundings are excellent for hiking and running. We brought a bike (do bring a mountain bike or a bike with lots of gears!) to do groceries at the nearby ‘grand surface’. We will sure come back to this gem and we’re looking forward to when the works are completed!

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.
