Quiet townhouse close to downtown, nature and beach

Family-friendly and charming house on a very quiet street in a unique neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a private garden with a sunny terrace. A great place to enjoy the tranquility after a day of experiences. It is a small oasis with plenty of space for relaxation and coziness, only 4 metro stops from the heart of Copenhagen. Not far from the house is also Amager beach and Royal Arena. You will be joined by Murphy, our sweet cat, who would like to be fed once a day. There is easy free parking about 150 meters from the house.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Our lovely home with room for 2 adults and 3 kids have been newly modernized. You can sit the beautiful garden while you have dinner or in the lounge are with a small bon fire. The beach is only 20 minutes by walk, you will be located only 12 minutes by car to Copenhagen and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Great for families who likes to stay in a silent areas, but yet be close to Copenhagen. We do love this place and we are sure you will as well :)
