Waterfront vacation rentals in Downtown, Victoria

Having stayed at many Airbnbs in multiple countries, this is by far one of the best. The hosts, Vi & Duncan greeted us upon arrival and provided a wonderful tour. The gardens & views are breathtaking! The space had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the recommendations and all the hosts did to make our stay ideal. Loved the muffins! Thank you.

We loved this place. The view of cowichan bay and the marina are spectacular and cowichan bay in itself may be the cutest place we’ve ever been. Lots of great restaurants nearby and great for just strolling around. Astrid made an earlier check in possible which was great and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home! Highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was quaint and charming with a gorgeous view, and the bidet was a nice touch-definitely a highlight! The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Our host was attentive and welcoming, and having parking included made things so easy. We felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Would happily stay again-thank you!

Deanna is a great host very accommodating and responsive. This is our second time staying at her place. Location is perfect to watch our son racing who was participating in Shawnigan regatta. Looking forward to stay here again next year!

Two words gorgeous views!!! Looked forward to having my cup of coffee on Kelley & Kent’s patio every morning. A very peaceful location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ganges, but still less than five minute trip into town. Both Kelley & Kent were very welcoming and accommodating to our early check in. Their air bnb had all the amenities you could need to make you feel right at home. Beds were super comfy! I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed! :) Enjoy!

THe apartment exceeded expectations. It was so spacious, sunny and with a great view of the water. The building was grand and very quiet. It was also near the town of Sidney and ferries going to multiple places. My mother and I both had a wonderful time staying here. Neighbors we met were friendly. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the light change on the water and enjoy the lovely weather we had all week. We were only sorry to leave when it was time to go home!

We had such a pleasant stay! The waterfront view, clean patio furniture, high ceilings in the living room made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. There were even pretty china cups for tea and fluffy patio blankets available to use! Susan was a great host, very responsive and gave us many recommendations for sightseeing. They truly embody the Pacific Northwest spirit - we saw them taking the boat out for crabbing. The airbnb is about a 15 minute drive from the rest of town, so we bought frozen pizzas and fresh produce to make at the airbnb. I really liked how the stove and oven were in a separate room so that food odors don't travel to the living room. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless clean. We really hope to be back soon!

Absolute bliss, quaint, equal parts interior living and comforts to equal parts patio deck space. Plenty of windows for views and light to be let in for natural relaxing. Hot tub and the view from there is tremendous and well placed. The beach access and little natural rock cove of the property is dreamy and a great place to dip your toes in or go for a splash. Will make another reservation in the future!

Excellent unit, clean and modern in a calming natural environs that provides the perfect escape from the bustle of the city. Our stay was fairly brief, though the host did a great job providing activities on-site and recommending others nearby. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, and assistance was readily available if we needed it. Highly recommend booking, that is if we haven’t booked it on our next visit to the island!

Beautiful surroundings, peaceful lake - we loved Victoria and this was a perfect house to return to after our days of adventure.

It was a wonderful place to stay! I stayed here while at a conference in Victoria. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet place. I enjoyed staying there and I could easily bike to the conference and restaurants downtown. It was also very close to some bike trails for longer bike rides and the neighborhood was stunningly beautiful and quiet.

Nigel was a fantastic host and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The place was in great shape and in an awesome location right by the water.

Wow, what an incredible property!! We had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, expansive deck, beautiful grounds, and private beach. It was such a peaceful place to spend a few days, and we hope to return. We were three families with three small children, and it was a perfect place for them to run around. Brent and the host team was very responsive leading up to the time we stayed on the property. They went out of their way to ensure we had enough firewood. The views are spectacular and the space is cozy.

A fabulous place to stay on the waterfront in Victoria. Everything was just as the pictures and as described. It had everything you could need & amazing views. We loved being so close to Fisherman’s wharf with the restaurants and watching the seals, floatplanes, all sorts of things going on in the harbour. A great walk into the city centre too along the waterfront or to the coast in the other direction. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Victoria.

This location was perfect for our vacation. The place was clean and well decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Because it’s leased by a service versus an owner the vibe was different- but the team worked hard to accommodate and connect with us. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Robert was a wonderful host with great suggestions for outings and shared his knowledge of the wildlife and area. The highlight for me was watching the family of sea otters fish in the ocean from the beautiful beach deck! We absolutely did not want to leave!

Stunning views and a wonderful space with a delightful garden. We loved it here and did not want to leave. This property has access to the ocean, and a huge deck to watch the ocean and wildlife. The suites are well appointed, clean and spacious. The suites even included binoculars! We would recommend this spot - it was well worth the drive.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property perched on the ocean in Shirley, BC! The views of the Olympic Mountains from the premium hot tub were nothing short of breathtaking, especially when we spotted humpback whales at dusk on our first night—pure magic! The property itself at moments may feel more like a swanky international hotel with its backlit onyx kitchen and luxurious rain shower yet nestled in the rustic beauty of the coast. Our host, Robert, was incredibly kind and attentive, immediately offering his charging station for our car—a real relief. Highly recommend this place for an exceptional, premium coastal retreat close to Victoria!

Highly recommend! We stayed here as 5 adult siblings for 4 days. Check in was easy, plenty of parking (even with my large truck), exactly as described, beds were comfy, even the Murphy bed in the wall. View of the bay and sea planes, walkable to everything. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water to go around for the 5 of us. We had a wonderful time!

Great spot for a getaway. Condo is very comfortable with a great view. Natalie keeps it very clean and well stocked. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Running path immediately outside front door.
