Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Victoria

This unit was a great stay. The kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked our breakfasts here and felt we had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The photos don't compare to how lovely the view of the sunset and harbour is in person. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Location is convenient - near everything. Only gets noisy outside on Fri/Sat nights because the Sticky Wicket is nearby - this is expected at any downtown location near pubs.

Wayne's place was fantastic! It's in a great location that makes everything Downtown very walkable. Would recommend a stay here and we would love to come back :)

Wonderful place to stay. We came without a car and were able to walk everywhere: Cook Street Village, Beacon Hill park, downtown, Chinatown, the inner harbour. Being able to watch the ships from the front room and walk along the seafront right out the front door was amazing. The house is luxurious and spotlessly clean. A great getaway spot!

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay at this Airbnb. Nestled in the city's heart, it provided a stunning view of the iconic Empress Hotel. The apartment was comfortably furnished, feeling like a second home. The outdoor patio was a unique highlight. Surrounded by trees, it served as a peaceful oasis amid the urban bustle. The pool and hot tub access added a layer of luxury, perfect for relaxation after city exploration. Our hosts were attentive, ensuring our comfort at every step. This Airbnb is a splendid choice for couples seeking a luxurious city stay. Eagerly awaiting our return visit!

Nice place. Great location Closet was small and furnishings were a bit out of scale and dated. Pillows were mis matched. Kitchen was clunky with no oven just a toaster oven. Noise from the garage door and cars coming and going was irritating. Kit drawer did not work, and drawer front was separated. Threshold to bath was splintered. Overall just needed some careful maintenance.

stayed at 201 for our daughter's wedding. Everything from check in to check out was flawless. The amenities provided were above and beyond and exactly as described. Our hosts made our experience stress free and easy to manage. I would highly recommend staying at the 201.

airbnb was great for us and our 5 month old baby. the place is spacious, very well stocked, and even had a pack n play (note we brought our own sheet)! very close to everything and walkable. not many transients in this area which made walking around feel safe. only minor thing is clothes washing machine was a bit dirty but overall the place was awesome and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Timothy's apt/condo in the Waterfalls Hotel! Tim met us near the underground parking area, showed us our parking space, showed us everything in the apt. and how to work it, and even gave us advice on things to do and see in the area. He was very friendly and helpful. The apt. was just the right size for 2 people; the kitchen and bathroom were exceptional; the furniture was comfortable; the outside areas were beautiful and fun, especially with the smokeless firepit. We also found all 10 of Tim's "creatures" that were hidden in and around the trees and shrubs. I can't think of anything that we didn't love about the place! Also, the weather was great while we were in Victoria, a bit windy but sunny every day. We'd definitely stay here again!

I stay on lots of different locations each year, the apartment at 120 Kingston st is in an ideal location in a modern and impressive modern block overlooking the harbour. It is spacious and well equipped and ideal for walking to all the attractions and restaurants in Victoria. The private parking is a great benefit and heated pool & hot tub really lovely.

Centrally located space, with plenty of space for my parents and two of their adult children. Many of the sites were walkable. House number was challenging to see in the dark, but once we found the spot, it was pretty smooth sailing. Would book again.

The place and area we stayed in was great for being central, right on the ocean, walkable, safe, clean. The suite was suitable and clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. The areas that I would like to see improvements are: a better idea of what suite you will be assigned… our suite and the pics in Airbnb where quite different, instructions as to what is expected at check out, more towels for 5 people and the discrepancy between the resort check out time( 11 am) and the Airbnb checkout time (10 am).

We had an excellent long stay here. Dyan was very good at communicating, but otherwise left us alone to do our own thing. The place was nicely furnished and equipped, and we were very comfortable. Great downtown neighborhood; lots within just a short walk. Definitely recommend Dyan's place.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable for our family of six. It’s conveniently close to numerous fantastic activities, with Fisherman’s Wharf just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

The rooms were exactly as pictured and described. The bathroom was modern, well lit and roomy. All of the appliances worked. We did have a question on the clothes dryer and Renee responded promptly. Come to find out it was a cockpit problem on our end.

The City Oasis unit was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located to enjoy all that Victoria has to offer. We were close to shops, restaurants, and sights. The building also had great security and parking.

This is a great place right on the edge of China Town. Everything you need is in this unit. Downtown we noted many homeless while walking around in the downtown area but not so much in this area. What a great place to stay to experience all of these restaurants, shops and stores! We loved it. Hosts were great to allow us access with an early flight into Victoria on arrival. Great orientation on access to building and security features that went along with it. Enjoyed the harbour walks, nearby movie theatres and great wine and liquor store right next door!! Would definitely do it again in future and recommend to others… Thank you very much! Dave and Debbie

Monique's place was so cute, and in a perfect location. All the Victoria spots were walkable, and it was so fun staying next to Market Square. it was a bit warm in the apartment (early July), but other than that it was perfect.

The location of this property was awesome. The beach, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants were all within walking distance. Sidney is a beautiful town all on its own or a great home base for exploring Victoria and the surrounding attractions. having a designated parking spot was an added bonus! The condo was very nice. I enjoyed having the extra living space over a one room hotel.
