Vacation rentals with a pool in Downtown, Victoria

We had an amazing stay at Gramma Rikki’s beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of two families (4 adults + 3 young kids). The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms to toys, books, and kid-friendly touches throughout. The huge yard, hot tub, and fresh-water pond were big hits, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Gramma Rikki was incredibly warm and welcoming - an outstanding host. We’d absolutely come back again!

Great Stay! Beautiful property and wonderful place to relax

Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

The place is wonderful, we enjoyed the decks and the hot tub and visiting in the space. The pool table was a big hit with our family! One piece of feedback is there were no chairs for sitting outside on the decks or near the pool or hot tub. We speculated it was because of the time of year (April) and the outdoor furniture was perhaps packed up for winter time still. That is the only feedback though. Thank you for allowing us the use of the space it was perfect for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Jane's place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. Jane was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was a huge help. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing, and surpassed any of the ones we've stayed in within that area. Malcolm was excellent to work with and a great host. The property was much more than expected perfectly situated, Central to all amenities but really feeling like you were in the country. it's a beautiful location, perfect house, and the grounds are much better than we ever expected. Great place to spend our time in Victoria - beautiful views, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Parking included which was a bonus considering the location. Dustin was very responsive and helpful in getting us settled. Highly recommended!

This unit was a great stay. The kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked our breakfasts here and felt we had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The photos don't compare to how lovely the view of the sunset and harbour is in person. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Location is convenient - near everything. Only gets noisy outside on Fri/Sat nights because the Sticky Wicket is nearby - this is expected at any downtown location near pubs.

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay at this Airbnb. Nestled in the city's heart, it provided a stunning view of the iconic Empress Hotel. The pool and hot tub access added a layer of luxury, perfect for relaxation after city exploration. Our hosts were attentive, ensuring our comfort at every step. Trenton’s place was everything we were looking for. He is very responsive and the condo is exactly as described. We loved the location as it was close to the waterfront. We’d definitely return to his place.

We had a fantastic stay at Timothy's apt/condo in the Waterfalls Hotel! Tim met us near the underground parking area, showed us our parking space, showed us everything in the apt. and how to work it, and even gave us advice on things to do and see in the area. He was very friendly and helpful. The apt. was just the right size for 2 people; the kitchen and bathroom were exceptional; the furniture was comfortable; the outside areas were beautiful and fun, especially with the smokeless firepit. We also found all 10 of Tim's "creatures" that were hidden in and around the trees and shrubs. I can't think of anything that we didn't love about the place! Also, the weather was great while we were in Victoria, a bit windy but sunny every day. We'd definitely stay here again!

I stay on lots of different locations each year, the apartment at 120 Kingston st is in an ideal location in a modern and impressive modern block overlooking the harbour. It is spacious and well equipped and ideal for walking to all the attractions and restaurants in Victoria. The private parking is a great benefit and heated pool & hot tub really lovely.

Centrally located space, with plenty of space for my parents and two of their adult children. Many of the sites were walkable. House number was challenging to see in the dark, but once we found the spot, it was pretty smooth sailing. Would book again.
