Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Victoria

Ryan’s place was great! Felt like staying in a tiny home. Everything was laid out nicely and was functional. He graciously offered us to hang out in the property and it was very beautiful. He was also responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend! However it would not be a good space to stay if you have mobility problems (accessing the loft area). For us it worked out great!

We loved this place. The view of cowichan bay and the marina are spectacular and cowichan bay in itself may be the cutest place we’ve ever been. Lots of great restaurants nearby and great for just strolling around. Astrid made an earlier check in possible which was great and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home! Highly recommend

Linda and Albert were fantastic hosts - friendly, helpful and respectful. The unit was utterly perfect - stunning view, very comfortable, and well equipped with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. Gorgeous garden and lots of walking trails within easy access of the property. We loved our stay here, and would return in a heartbeat. Absolutely lovely in every way!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Easy, simple and a property that exceeded our expectations. The view is second to none. The place is very comfortable and well laid out inside and out. Everything was awesome and I’d highly recommend a stay. It wil not disappoint.

THe apartment exceeded expectations. It was so spacious, sunny and with a great view of the water. The building was grand and very quiet. It was also near the town of Sidney and ferries going to multiple places. My mother and I both had a wonderful time staying here. Neighbors we met were friendly. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the light change on the water and enjoy the lovely weather we had all week. We were only sorry to leave when it was time to go home!

The place was very well maintained and stocked up on necessities. Jordan was quite active and responsive in answering a questions we had. The neighborhood is very peaceful and well connected with the city. We had a great time and definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway.

Nina has a beautiful and peaceful space! It‘s easy accessible with the car. Everything you need is there and she was even flexible with the checkout time. We would recommend and come back anytime.

Holly’s space is perfect for two. The location is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and parks. Holly was especially helpful with instructions and recommendations. She checked in with us and delivered a requested blanket. Thank you for such a perfect stay for our first time in Victoria.

Great place to stay and was close to victoria and various attractions. Angie provided straight forward instructions and was easy to contact.

Truly remarkable place to stay. The lake was amazing and there's so many great touches to offer staying here to list. Fishing right from the dock was just the icing on the cake we caught rainbow trout, bluegill, and small mouth bass from the air bnb dock.

Karan is very helpful and warm. He provided us with a detailed instruction about check in and check out. Also he replied the message very fast. In addition, the house had a gorgeous view of Langford and was located in a peaceful and beautiful community. The room was extremely clean and had all amenities in the listings. Furthermore, the house had a nice decoration. We enjoyed living at Karan's.

This is a hidden gem and it's nice and quiet. It butts against the woods so you feel far away from town. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay here! Private everything, no shared spaces except driveway. *note: Driveway is Not flat, it's quite slanted/FYI. Kitchen is GREAT if you like cooking, LOVED gas range/gas oven, only missing a Glass dish for oven/chicken/baking. Plenty of utensils, didn't really cook a ton so can't think of anything 'missing' TERRIFIC laundry on-site, just didn't see it at first, it's behind the closet door in the foyer. Shower/bathroom is Great! Has "rain" shower heads over your head, Handy soap/shampoo/conditioner etc on a corner rack so if you forget to bring, no worries ! Counter space is good. Lighting is good. This space was built into the rear space behind garage and butts up to a rock wall at the bedroom/bathroom. Daylight comes through but the only outdoor view is living room/patio. Patio has table and 4 chairs. Only negative would be the dull thud pitter patter of a 3 yr old running around ;-) very understandable, but mostly between 3pm/4pm and 7pm-ish. Overall, a terrific stay!

I typically opt for an entire apartment in the heart of downtown for the unbeatable location and privacy. But this time, I needed something different—somewhere with all the amenities for an extended stay. And this place delivered. By choosing a rental outside the downtown core, and one that wasn’t a standalone apartment, I found an affordable gem that provided everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay. From convenience to coziness, it checked all the boxes. If you’re moving to the area and looking for an affordable option that doesn’t skimp on comfort, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

The cottage was exactly as described. Everything was well stocked and clean. Scott and Jennifer were very commutative prior to us arriving wirh great instructions and information. The backyard was great for our pups and some bunny watching! It was so nice being so close to things, but having a place to get away at the end of the day! We will be back!

Had a great stay here with my family. The unit is in excellent condition and was perfect for the four of us. The location couldn't be better - steps from the Inner Harbor, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Fatbardh’s place. It was comfortable and clean and an enjoyable 3 nights. I love the safety and security of the home. It’s close to my favourite sushi restaurant ever. The shoppers drug mart is nearby, too. You will love your stay here!

We enjoyed staying in this Airbnb! It has a great location and very walkable to downtown! We also enjoyed the layout of the space as well as the beautiful views and wrap-around deck. Beautiful views of downtown, the water and mountains. The only thing was that it was a little hard to get in as the key for the unit was 2 blocks over and this made it a bit challenging traveling with a Senior citizen. The seagulls are a bit loud from this place especially at night but nothing that ear plugs won't fix. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you needed. We would stay again...we enjoyed it very much!!

We loved staying at Kevin's place. The location in downtown was awesome. The views from the deck were stunning and the place was a great size. Kevin was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

The space was beautiful inside and out. Very walkable to the wharf and anywhere you want to go downtown. I would definitely stay there again! Our host Tim was very friendly and responsive but honestly there were absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family trip, it was a good size for the four of us and the beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. What we loved most about the condo was the location and the patio. We walked everywhere during the day and relaxed on the patio in the evenings. Restaurants are everywhere in walking distance with a convenience store below, a restaurant and Starbucks across the street. I’d highly recommend Glenn & Gillian’s place for a comfortable stay & location wise, We will be back!

Sahara's apartment is super nice and as in the description. We felt very comfortable and found it great to have our own parking space in the underground garage right in the center. Everything is within walking distance and as a highlight you can watch the open bridge directly from the balcony every now and then.

Had an amazing stay at Stephen’s condo. Right in the heart of it all, you couldn’t find a better location. The condo had amazing energy, lovely touches and custom furnishings which were well appreciated. I enjoyed sitting by the light filled window reading one of the many books available. The bed was super comfy, the condo well stocked although we didn’t even have time to cook as there are so many great restaurants at the doorstep (Il Terrazzo, red fish blue fish, hey happy for coffee recommend). Rooftop with amazing views. Easy parking across the road you can purchase all day or by the hour either at the machine or on your phone, free on Sundays. Worried that it would be noisy but was actually quite peaceful even with the windows open. Would love to return to Victoria and would stay here again if I do. Thanks Stephen
