Minutes from Downtown Vancouver on quiet tree lined street is our 3 yr old 1 bed 1 bath, non smoking/vaping private space approx 375 sq ft. Space is the partial basement in a 3 yr old duplex. The space is light and airy with plenty of windows. 2 TVs 43" & 40" with multiple steaming apps. Located in trendy Fraser area with plenty close by. Looking for very quiet and respectful guests only. Bed and couch are new Endys. 1 guest max unless approved at booking, priced for 1 so price would + for 2.
