Stylish Gastown Loft w/ Soaker Tub & Fireplace

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay here after a cruise to Vancouver. We needed a hub to tour around the city for a few days before returning home! The apartment was perfect for us! Much like the Airbnb listing said the neighborhood does have quite an unhoused population. With that said, we never felt unsafe! Also the pub downstairs is very lively on Friday/Saturday night, so if that is going to bother you it won’t be a good fit! Again, that’s all laid out very well in the description! We loved the space, it was a lil oasis for us and the location was perfect because it was very walkable to everything we wanted to see! We would easily stay here again and was sad to go! Until next time!
A spacious living area features exposed brick walls and large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable sectional sofa is arranged around a modern coffee table, with a dining area visible in the background, complemented by elegant lighting fixtures.

Gastown Heritage Penthouse

BradleyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Alexander was a fantastic host, and the Gastown Penthouse was a perfect location for our stay. The penthouse was very spacious and well equipped, tastefully decorated and had an incredible view as the top floor of the building. We ended up dining at four fantastic restaurants that were within a two-minute walk (authentic Japanese, Ukranian, Italian and Mediterranean). In my opinion, located in the best part of Gastown. Yes, there are homeless in the area but we never felt threatened, and they generally are on the outskirts of the area. Enjoyed our stay!

Vintage Loft in Converted Warehouse

LaurenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Tanya was very responsive and we really loved her apartment, the decor was really cool and it had everything you need. The neighbourhood was a little sketchy, but that’s a Vancouver issue.. Sad to see! But the building itself felt very safe and homely; we felt we were in an episode of friends 🥹

Trendy & Spacious 2 bd Gastown Loft

CarolynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The loft is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pictures are very representative. Kristen was very nice and responsive and let us check in a little early. The neighborhood is on the border of a region that has a lot of homeless and drug addicts. It was okay for us b/c we're used to it but if you're not used to this sort of thing, and all the smells that come with it, it might not be for you.

Loft at Maple Tree Square

CraigRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a unique experience in that previous Airbnb stays were in homes that did not have personal items while this was definitely a home lived in, not a second home. Getting use to this took time for us but still an overall pleasant experience. The Gastown area is walkable and has numerous restaurants/shops. Also it is easy to walk to either Stanley Park or Granville. There are homeless in the area but were never accosted by them. Scott provided a well stocked kitchen though we only used the coffee and tea. Scott’s home is on the 5th floor. An elevator is available but wasn’t working during our stay. Scott contacted me prior to check in offering a full refund since the elevator was unavailable. We decided to try using stairs and we survived but it is difficult if you’re in your late 70’s. Scott let us check in early and responded quickly to all messages. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if available.

Lovely Loft in the heart of Downtown Vancouver

ShamusRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Just as advertised, the loft was close to everything! A quick walk to the ferry and we were at Granville Island in minutes… around the corner from shops and restaurants–we really felt in the middle of downtown! Our host was very responsive. We had a late night check-in and he offered some suggestions for restaurants that would still be open after we arrived! All-in-all, a wonderful trip and a great place. We would definitely return!

Entire Loft âť± Mount Pleasant

GavinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Blake and Caroline were fantastic hosts. Not only was the Airbnb a fantastic place to stay, but they were great about being responsive, they gave good recommendations, and if I could stay here again or advise others to stay I would. The apartment is in the mount pleasant district, a 10-15 min or 45 min-1hour walk to central district of downtown. The area is the perfect "suburban part" of downtown that is still in the city. I enjoyed the quieter part of the city with still tons of places locally to visit and the ability to go downtown if necessary. I hope all future renters enjoy their stay as much as I did.

Penthouse DownTown Vancouver W/ Parking

KristinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Amazing location and views. Perfect spot for exploring Vancouver, as it’s very centrally located. Some previous reviews have commented on the noise… being in a major city- we found it comparable to other places we’ve stayed. Most things very well stocked - but there was not a sponge or scrubbie to wash dishes and no salt. The bed and couch were super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much!
