This downtown apartment features 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. It is suitable for up to 3 people and is within blocks of major destinations downtown including the Salt Palace, Delta Center, Temple Square, Gateway Mall and City Creek Shopping Center. It's also within 30 minutes of Park City and boast several top ski resorts within a 45 min drive. It has some great accessible features such as wide doorways, low counter tops, and a walk-in shower with built-in shower chair. Come enjoy this cozy space.

Charming condo at Salt Lake City Center

Our sweet condo is centrally located within a block to the Delta Center, the Salt Lake City Temple and very close to the Capitol building. Enjoy great restaurants! Condo is also close to the SLC airport with easy access to the freeway. Cute coffee shops within walking distance as well. The condo itself is comfortable and bright with antique lights to accent the recently remodeled space. NO children under age 12 please. This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator, stairs only.
