We loved our stay at Matt’s place! It was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever rented! The house was so cozy and felt like our home away from home. We came for our son’s golf tournament and the pool was perfect after a day at the golf course. We will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed and loved my stay here! It is such a beautiful, cute place with nice places to sit outside and on the porch. The bathroom is immaculate and extremely beautiful. They have a toaster oven so you can cook foods that go in the oven. The location is the best as it’s close to downtown Sarasota; it’s also right across the street from a park which I thought was great. Very private Airbnb. Deirdre is an amazing host who is always incredibly prompt, attentive, and responsive. She called me after I left to pick up an important charger I got. 10/10 recommend 👍🏻

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

Old FL Bungalow in Laurel Park Walk to Downtown

We had a great 10-day stay in this blue house in the historic Laurel Park neighborhood. Home was comfortable, clean, with good beds, fully stocked kitchen for meal prep, spacious bathroom, AC and ceiling fans throughout, lots of towels, hooks and shelves. Also two wonderful screened-in porches. Gardens and greenery surrounding the house were a plus, loved breakfasts on the back porch surrounded by bird song! Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to DT restaurants, shops, art galleries and Marie Selby Botanical Garden. 10 min drive to Lido Key beaches and kayak rentals in nearby Ted Sperling Park. Alexis made it easy with many suggestions of where to go and ready answers to questions. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Everything was as expected and easy. Uber rides arrived super quick and took only minutes to get around town. Saved a bunch of money compared to hotels as well. Very peaceful area and quiet inside the unit - no noisy people around either! I would stay here again.
