Full in unit laundry makes keeping garments clean and easy while traveling. Always look your best whether in town for business or pleasure! Traveling with children? No worries. You will find a Pack & Play as well as toddler mattress to facilitate sleeping with your little one. High chair and children's flatware, cups plus utensils are provided to make eating in as a family just like home. Books and toys should keep your little one smiling. Television with Fire TV provided. Guest access to Amazon Prime Video & HBO unrestricted. Feel free to log into any other streaming accounts you may prefer. Central air and heat will ensure you are comfortable during your stay in any season. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest house and patio area. I am available almost all of the time. We live on site and are happy to interact as much or as little as you desire. The guesthouse sits among the tree-lined streets of Hanchett Residence Park in the historic Rosegarden area. A car, scooter, or bike share is never far away, and restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, and yoga studios are walkable. This location is walking distance to Cal Train and city buses. This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).
