Apartment vacation rentals in Downtown, Omaha

Michael did a great job as a host, and we also enjoyed meeting/chatting to him. Thank you for the outside chairs for the porch! We had a great time in Omaha, within walking distance to the Zoo (12 mins) and to downtown (20 mins). The house was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would recommend a stay here.

I had the opportunity to meet Denise and was delighted. She is friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described, comfortable and very clean. I didn't check before hand, but the heatung and A/C is set upstairs and you're unable to adjust it downstairs. It stays a fairly comfortable temperature thoguh and there is a portable fan in the bedroom.

Jami is absolutely the best host I have ever used. Incredibly responsive, while also being proactive and very helpful. Her place was perfect for us and our young children! The description and pictures are exactly what you can expect! 5 minutes from Creighton. 6-7 minutes from Charles Schwab. Walkable to several really good restaurants, and a short drive to everything Omaha has to offer. I highly recommend staying here for any reason, and it will absolutely be the first place we look to book whenever we return!

We stayed for quite a while at Kori's place while during part of a house remodel. We felt instantly at home - it's spacious and super comfy. It's also in a really great neighborhood - surprisingly quiet and peaceful, even though you're right in the Dundee area. We took lots of walks and enjoyed meeting the neighbors, who are super nice. It's an older house, but it's a good older house. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Kori was a great host, too - helpful with any questions we had.

Came here with my dad for the CWS. Very reasonably priced and a short ride to all the fun things to do for the World Series. Will definitely be coming back in future years!

Great place and would stay again!

Leaving this Airbnb felt like a breakup! I will definitely miss it! It was by far one of my favorite places to stay in my travels. The apartment was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was tasteful! I felt comfortable here immediately. Not to mention the hosts were the so kind and helpful. This place really felt like a home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay at Shaun's. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all you needed to heat up leftovers or make a meal, AC worked great, TV in the bedroom always a plus and we didn't mind the minimal but clean decor. There are stairs to access the unit but they are wide enough for bringing up luggage. Parking was also very convenient and the unit is in a cute neighborhood not far from several restaurants and stores. Would recommend to anyone visiting Omaha.

With the awesome back and front porches at the foot of the bluffs, this was a great place to stay. Sure it’s an older home and not very big, but it was priced right for everything that was included. Will stay again!!

The apartment worked out perfectly for my stay in Omaha. It was close to our downtown activities. Loved the parking lot so I didn’t have to pay for on street parking.

We loved Steve and Kim’s space! It was the perfect size for our family and the amenities made our trip easy and stress free. Beds and pillows were comfortable, along with the couch and chair in the main living space!! It was so nice to have dish soap, a sponge, and some plates/utensils provided. The ONLY downside to this property is that it is on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic driving by. Thankfully this did not bother our kids when getting to sleep, and would not be a deal breaker for us staying here again. Steve and Kim were attentive hosts and everything was how we expected it to be-no surprises! We also appreciated the short check-out list; it felt manageable while also wrangling kids and getting ourselves ready to check out. All in all we would certainly stay here, and have already told other family members about the property!

Place was clean, easy check in, Matthew was responsive any time I needed him. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We stayed here for the first few games of CWS. We were able to bring our puppy which made it so convenient. Riley was a wonderful host always quite responsive and easy to work with. The place was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony so much especially in the evenings after the games. It was so beautiful and quiet. There were restaurants in walking distance of his place. And we chose to Uber to the games so we would not have to deal with parking. The uber was between $3-$6. We would definitely rent his place again. Thanks Riley for sharing your place with us.

We came on one of the busiest weekends in Omaha with the College World Series and the price was better than anything nearby. We were very comfortable overall. The shared living space was nice and the room was comfortable. It was in a great location for us, which we appreciated. We would definitely return for another weekend stay in Omaha.

This was our second stay. our first being only 2 days. We loved the place. One thing that I do need to point out that we did not notice on our 1st trip. Believe me this is the only negative in an otherwise perfect place and may not be a negative for everyone. The TV only has digital rabbit ears and only a handful of channels available and depending on the weather some worked and some didn't. I do like to catch up on news etc on TV and this was not possible. Like I said, this is the only negative and if you're not a TV watcher, not a concern. Everything else is perfect. Highly recommended.

Solo traveler (30s M) in town for Men’s College World Series … Host instructions were clear and simple to follow … Room was perfect for one traveler, or couple (multiple rooms needed for larger group) … More space was available in the common area, if desired/needed … Parking instructions on property was simple and easy to follow … Long, but manageable walk to downtown; car service recommended for non-city walkers … Would stay again!

The Cozy Room was perfect for our stay to Omaha for the CWS! Very convenient to ride scooter to and from The Chuck. Room and private bath immaculately clean. Bed was comfy. Perfect feel at home amenities (shared living room and kitchen).

The Airbnb was perfect. Clean and the location was great.

Great place to stay for the CWS - looks just like the pictures and matches the description! Deniz and her husband were very responsive when I had an issue with my door lock, and the problem was fixed right away. I was traveling as a solo female and felt extremely safe in the shared space. Be aware that the street is a busy one, so there is some road noise but nothing that kept me up at night. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Good location and good communication from the host. Cool bars close by and good food.
