Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Downtown, Nashville

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

Such a beautiful home they have made. The space was quaint , modern and safe. Will gladly Stay again!

The Dolly House was adorable and the perfect spot for my friends and me while in town for a wedding! The room with the vanities made getting glammed up so fun—it was like our own little bridal suite. I stay at a lot of Airbnbs, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like condiments and small kitchen essentials for prepping food and drinks. It’s such a waste having to buy those in every town only to toss them later, so this was a big win for me. I would absolutely stay again!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for what we needed and really spacious! The parking pad was slightly tricky to find at first because there’s no house numbers on the back, but overall it matched the pictures well and wasn’t a big deal! The kitchen included everything we needed to make our breakfasts and lunches, lots of space to store our millions of snacks. Neal was always really quick to respond to questions and communicated really clearly. Overall a great stay and would recommend 100%! If I’m ever back in Nashville, I’d stay here again.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

All the basic and simple amenities that you need. Central air is much appreciated! Located close to BNA and a good push-off point to go to any area of Nashville. Although clean and well-appointed, you could tell the property isn’t given certain attention in-between guests. Over-all great stay!

Great place to stay in Nashville! Major sites of interest are in close proximity (State Capital, Broadway, downtown, sport stadiums, and of course, the great music venues!) The house is just awesome, and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Views from the top floor are really cool! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience staying with Collin! He was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind throughout the entire process. His patience and responsiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was extremely convenient to work with, always finding a way to make things easier for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth-highly recommend! Right next to margaritaville, across the street from parlor doughnuts, and walking distance to broadway! Couldn’t ask for anything more easier!

Zach was an amazing host! I wish we could give him more than 5 stars! Very responsive to our questions and was proactive with directions for checking in, parking, etc. He made our first Air BnB experience one hard to top. We will definitely book here/with Zach again in the future.

Farrah was such a great host!! She responded quickly to all of my messages and was eager to help whenever I was confused or had an issue! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. I will absolutely be back!🫶🏼

The place was nice and the pool was an added bonus with the hot weather. It was about a mile walk to Broadway. The additional $40 a day parking in the attached garage was worth it. We felt safe in the neighborhood and parking garage.

Naomi was a wonderful host, we come to Nashville and usually stay at the Burnham. Her place by far is the nicest. Thanks for hosting us ❤️

Great place would stay again. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the latch app lock system but that is irrelevant from the apartment and host that was all great

This place is exactly as pictured. The location made up for some of the challenges we had, which is why I rated this 5 stars. Pros: - location was central to downtown, very walkable - views - quiet, even with construction across the street - comfortable beds Challenges: - lots of instructions, links and codes (some on the day of arrival). Hopefully, this may help others: - You will receive a code to enter the building from the host - Expect to receive a 3rd party text the day of arrival with a code to access the "key cafe" to get the door key fobs - The "key cafe" are black small lockers on the wall of the first floor (not an actual cafe). - If you park in the garage (arrange with host before hand), download the app, click on the link sent by the host - There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived, when there was someone there - they didn't engage with us - In terms of cleanliness, it was clean enough - but not professional level clean (hairs on floors, significant dust)

This cottage is very special !! Everything you need for a great stay is there plus extras !! We only had two night stay but we would have loved to stay longer. We love visiting Nashville and now found a new place to stay . We will definitly contact Cory first .

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay. The living room and kitchen space were perfect for slow mornings with coffee and cooking big group dinners at night. (There is a grocery store minutes away that came in clutch.) The back porch is a dream. The view is unreal and the natural surroundings are so peaceful. The beds were all comfortable and we left feeling so rested!

Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

The cabin was perfect and just what we needed! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very well kept. Stuart was great with communication and was so friendly. He checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. It was the perfect little getaway!

Our Midwestern family of 4 + pups usually heads to a coast every summer, and we usually look for somewhere unique to spend the night and break up the drive. This was absolutely one of the coolest stays we've had! The house is adorable, so eclectic from Grace's fabulous art, to all the musical trinkets sprinkled about. Beds were super cozy, beautiful porch, just felt right at home. The best part... we got to meet Grace and she gave us a personal tour of all her special animals! We held baby peacocks and chickens, pet and brushed donkeys, so cool! She also gave us a tour of her art studio. She was just so kind and personable. If you love art, music and animals THIS is your place. We will be back next time passing through the Nashville area!

The cottage and its lush surroundings was even better than described. Immediately upon arrival we all knew we wouldn’t want to leave! It’s very private and embedded in a fairytale-like forest with views from every window, especially the master bedroom. We awoke to birds singing, enjoyed coffee and conversation on the large wrap porch, took little hikes thru the woods. While checking out antiques in Leipers Fork we met American Pickers’ Mike Wolf, who lives nearby, and he recommended Fox & Locke for lunch. He was right - it was delicious! We ventured into Franklin for more exploration and found the Dortch Stove Works factory which is being converted to shops, dining and theater venues. We loved the long rolling drive to/from the cottage as well as variety of foliage. It was absolutely beautiful, inside and outside, and it was secluded which met our needs! I slept better than I have in a very long time. Thank you!

Patrick was very responsive in coordination and communication. I personally did not stay at the property as my family stayed there as part of a surprise for my wife’s birthday. They were all very impressed with house and its location. I hope to stay there myself in a future trip to Nashville!

I hesitate to tell everyone how amazing this cabin is, for fear it will be booked up when we want it, lol!!! I always return to this cabin when it's available when I am in the area, that is how wonderful it is! The property is so peaceful! The screened in porch is perfect for your morning coffee and quiet time. It is close enough to everything to get places but far enough away to feel like a real escape. John is always so great to communicate with if you ever need anything! Do not hesitate to book this cabin!
