Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Five stars all the way around. The place was clean and perfect for just me and my wife. There was also bunkbeds if we ever want to bring the family. It is 2 miles from Broadway. About a 45 minute walk. But there’s a great breakfast restaurant and a great pizza place right around the corner from the house.Also a great place to do my Crossfit workouts in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

It was the cutest airbnb! I loved the spice rack, a great fridge, big washing machine and dryer with the best smelling detergent! I loved the hair appliances, I’ve never stayed at an airbnb with that added! I had a great stay.

Steve was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The property was just like the description, great for a large group.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Overall the place was good and convenient to the graduation venue. suggestion the living room furniture you can feel wood when you sit on it so I am suggesting it's time to get some more furniture. The grass was a little bit higher than my liking it was a past my ankles kind of high.

Our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend Anthony's home for your stay in Nashville. Conveniently located to downtown and other attractions. Anthony is a great host, providing updates before our stay and recommendations for places to visit while staying in Nashville. The home is beautiful inside and out and the accommodations were perfect. Anthony and his wife have thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience while staying in their rental. And a personal touch with a bottle of wine, makings for smores to enjoy around the backyard firepit and fresh flowers. We will be renting again for our next vacation to Nashville.

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Clean and quiet. lots of activities withing walking distance and the pool was clean.

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

We had a great stay at Lulu's. It was exactly as described in every way and was everything you would want in an Airbnb. The check-in instructions may seem a little daunting but they are very detailed and shows pictures which made it super simple. Communication was great with Lulu and she was quick to reach out and make sure everything was okay for our stay. It was clean in every way, smelled great, and was extremely quiet. Our stay was during CMA Fest and Broadway was a 16-18 min walk and Nissan stadium about 26 minutes by foot. I would highly recommend this location and would certainly stay again on our next trip to Nashville. Also, don't let the murphy bed scare you. The memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable - no complaints! Thanks for everything Lulu, we had a great time.

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

I was in Nashville for work and wanted to stay near Germantown instead of right at the convention center. This was a great simple room with lots nearby. It's on a busy enough street but with the provided earplugs it was no problem at all to sleep. It was nice to walk to over to the farmers market or Madison and 4th/5th/6th etc. in the morning for breakfast before goin to work. I would stay here again. p.s. The included acoustic guitar is a nice touch and it was even in tune!

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!
