Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown Memphis

Great location right down the street from where we live and perfect for having friends in town. We will use this again. I do think it’s a little on the pricey side, but it was a great place. Thank you Max for everything. The guys that run this Airbnb are fantastic! It was a crazy weekend with the flooding in Memphis this weekend. We couldn’t get in the front door for a while, but that subsided, and the house held up and everything was super!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was better than the pictures. The house is very cosy and clean. Nice gas barbecue in the garden. And very good coffee pads. The location is very quiet and there is a wonderful French bakery nearby with fresh croissants and baguettes. We could also see cargo planes landing at the famous Memphis airport. But the house is well soundproofed and it didn't disturb our sleep. I would recommend this wonderful house to anyone! Thank you very much, Nicole!

Very comfortable and clean home, it was perfect for our party of 6, including our two year old. Quiet neighborhood that had a lot of great restaurants close by and a short drive to downtown.

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, had another fantastic two-week stay at Anna’s place—this was our **fourth visit**, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! The home was clean, comfortable, and immediately welcoming. Anna is an exceptional host—quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We had to shorten our stay slightly, and she made the adjustment seamlessly, even issuing a credit. That kind of thoughtful service really sets this place apart. The house is well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which made it easy for us to cook our meals during the stay—a little comfort that makes a big difference. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. When the weather was nice, we enjoyed evening walks after my workday, which became a daily ritual. Our dogs loved the nearby dog park—it’s well-maintained and full of friendly locals (human and canine!). We met new people every day, and the sense of community is really special. Anna's place is our home away from home!

We had a great stay. It was located near family and close to groceries and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The inside was spacious and comfortable. The backyard was just what the doctor ordered for kids on spring break!!! The backyard was large and privately enclosed with a fence. The house location was easily accessible to all things. The house is in what appears to be a neighborhood under gentrification. But, we felt safe in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a great stay and the host was excellent! This house checks all the boxes.

Book this house for my small birthday sleepover ! It was amazing, clean , cute , and just for my vibes perfectly! The host was very nice and was easy to get in the house l!!

Juan’s place was absolutely wonderful. Myself, my husband, and kids felt right at home. The place was more spacious than we thought. It was welcoming with all the amenities. It felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable which made sleeping perfect. The backyard was a plus it felt wonderful and we enjoyed being outside. The neighborhood was peaceful and around the corner from everything we wanted to do. Juan’s place is a true gem. Er look forward to staying on our visits.

Great location. Within walking distance to Beale St, the Orpheum and many other must sees. Belgica was very helpful and responsive. Space was clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Parking right across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Older house but lots to do and felt like home. Not far from stores and restaurants. Hosts were nice and understanding. Just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house.

I have booked a lot of Airbnbs for my sales team to stay at and frequently there are not as many beds or as much space as what is listed in the description. This place was one of the first that actually matched their description of how many beds there really were and the clean interior. Would recommend this place to anyone as the host was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Located within walking distance of Cooper-Young area and Fresh Market and directly across from Liberty Bowl. Very clean and with all amenities as advertised. Will definitely rent again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent stay at Drew’s place. I admit I was a bit nervous about the location because I grew up in Memphis, but this area wasn’t how I remembered it—it turned out to be surprisingly great! The home was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for our group of six adults and one child. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for the little one. Love, love the instruments a great reminder of Memphis’ rich music history. Entry was a breeze, parking was convenient, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We never needed anything extra, but whenever I had a question, Drew was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Drew’s place for your next stay in Memphis!

Brandy's house was perfect for our needs. Tastefully decorated. Clean. In a safe feeling neighborhood. Plenty of comfy pillows, extra blankets, towels. Very close to eateries and stores but not so close that you feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Memphis area. We felt very comfortable, safe and at home!

This is my second time booking with this group of hosts and they have been stellar and spot on each time. This home was perfect and the bed was immaculate! Would recommend to anyone locals and tourists.

We could not have found a more perfect spot for our quick getaway. The Cooper Young and Midtown area are full of personality and this bungalow fits right in. There is plenty of space for everyone, check in was quick/easy, and Heidi was great at communicating. With downtown being a quick Uber/Lyft ride away there is no reason to stay anywhere else.

Thomas thank you for hosting my co worker’s and I. And thank you for being so respectful and responsible to our needs. We will be back next month!

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful definitely worth the stay

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, the brewery and restaurant across the street had the best bar food by far on our trip (bbq nachos) Jason was responsive when the fire alarm chirped. We’d stay again. Keep in mind both bedrooms are upstairs

This listing is an amazing value. Claudia has set up a very nice unit with a large comfy bed for 2 people, comfy sofa, huge TV, well stocked kitchen (no oven, but has stove and air fryer and coffee maker, and more), parking on a driveway for 1 car, great bathroom and a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom. The unit appears to have been created by partitioning part of the adjoining house, but the noise from the house was quite low (I have had much worse when I stay at hotels). My only caution to prospective renters: it appears that Claudia is limiting the use of the free internet, possibly due to overuse causing problems. My recommendation is to not use the free internet for anything other than email checking and light web browsing. It should not be used for gaming or streaming as your device will then be blocked. Of course, the TV is available for streaming, but you may have to log into your own streaming services.

This accommodation was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed, would definitely stay here again. The living area was very cute and homey. There were games that we could play as well. So many other little details as well that made our stay more pleasant: snacks, different coffee flavors, chocolates on the side tables.
