Monthly Rentals in Downtown Detroit

The location was great, with a lot of great attractions nearby. I spent a lot of time just walking around the neighborhood. the unit itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite the fact that building was shared with the hosts, the unit itself was private and I felt like I had the entire house to myself. Becky & Michelle were responsive to my questions about the area and proactively gave clear instructions that made check in and check out easy. This is the place to be when visiting Detroit!

Super apartment in the heart of Detroit, the space is huge and very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities one could ever need and more! The hosts are incredibly helpful and kind and it is always a pleasure to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well-located and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. We also had no trouble finding free parking on the street very close to the apartment. The building is old and the stairs are pretty steep up to the apartment, but we had no issues. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. It got pretty loud in the neighborhood at night, so be sure to bring earplugs. Ronald and Zoe were very responsive to our messages.
