This prime location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the city with so many attractions just a short drive away.

Relax and unwind in this historic Old Town bungalow from the 1920's! Perfectly located to enjoy what Albuquerque has to offer or as a calm base to explore. This craftsman bungalow was built by the Sawmill in 1926 as employee housing. It’s a private home, walking distance from Old Town plaza, the museums, parks & downtown Albuquerque. Park securely in the gated driveway. Sleep peacefully on memory foam mattresses. Early check in or late check out available for additional fee.

It is a 550 sq ft one bedroom with queen bed, livingroom, kitchen, and small dining area makes for very cozy accomodations. There is one off street parking space. Located in a quiet friendly neighborhood, one street off Lomis Blvd, it is walkable to restauants, Old Town, Sawmill Area, Downtown, art gallaries, and shopping. Non Smoking

This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
