Brilliant place to stay for an affordable price. Lawrence was very welcoming with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely time staying here. We’ve been to Liverpool a few times and usually stay right in the centre but found it so easy to get to the centre with the buses being so regular and broad green station close by. Great location for visiting Anfield too. Laura was an excellent host and we would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone visiting! Plenty of local shops and lovely pub a stones throw away too. Greatly appreciated the recommendations book in the property for some ideas of where to go. Thank you so much again for a wonderful stay :)

I booked a last minute trip to Liverpool which happened to be the same weekend as the Grand National, so everywhere else in the city was very expensive. Marks place was great value, very clean, comfortable and felt safe. He was very responsive to messages and let us do a late check out which was really helpful. thanks for a great stay!

What a great find, it’s hard to find a room with an en-suite within the budget of my work expenses, but this ticked all the boxes and more. The room was nice and spacious and being able to park off road right outside my own entrance was a great bonus Sara was the perfect host and I hope to stay there again the next time I am working in the area
