For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive from the Swiss border, 10 min from the village of Yvoire, 20 min from the center of Geneva and Thonon-les-Bains, 40 min from the ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour from Chamonix.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake.
