We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! Nikitas and Marie-Noelle have something special here in a beautiful corner of Zakynthos. The house feels loved and looked after, like an actual home. The outside space around the house is perfect for spending a warm afternoon in the shade with a beer. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is literally 2 mins away, perfect for a sunset or sunrise dip. They were such generous hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year, thanks so much you two!

We loved our stay at Kyriakos and Christina’s villa, the place is stunning with the most amazing views. The place was spotless with everything needed for our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very helpful and Kyriakos greeted us upon arrival, despite us being earlier than we thought. He was a perfect host, making us feel very welcome. I would recommend this villa and would recommend hiring a car to visit Tsivili and Planos for evenings out

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Lovely location very close to the sea and a 20 minute walk into Zante town. Great to have items like shower gel, soap, washing powder, water and juice provided.

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Yannis place was amazing. Right on the beach and equipped with everything you need for relaxed and peaceful days. Yannis came to greet us the first day and gave us tips for things to do locally. At the end we didn’t get out much because the house and the location on the sea were so good. We are already making plans to return to the sound of the waves at Yannis place. Highly recommended.

This location is amazing. It is located in the village of Bochali (on a hill next to Zakynthos town), outside the crowded tourist centers. A beautiful house with multiple balconies that all have privacy and a magnificent view. There are several restaurants within walking distance. You can walk down in 15 minutes, to Zakynthos town, and by car it is 20 minutes drive to various beaches in the area. Angelina is a fantastic host. She always responds immediately, is very kind and helpful. Just rightly a super host! Excellent beds. We were here for the second time. We will definitely be coming back!
