Riad vacation rentals in Doukkala-Abda

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

The key to the Medina is a beautiful riad, a short walk from the Medina and Jamaa el Fna square but in an alley sheltered from noise. The property is beautiful, the pool a little gem. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent breakfast and great availability from the host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a wonderful time. It's as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast and even got me several Aker Fassi so I don't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely tight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Regina's Dar is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech. The house is ideally located for this, very close to all major attractions and yet completely quiet. It is only a 10-minute walk to Jamaa El Fna. The Dar itself is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need for carefree enjoyment. The beautiful pool and roof terrace invite you to enjoy carefree and exude a feeling of luxury. Exactly what you appreciate after a long day in the souks. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and in top condition. Regina and Khadija, who always help with advice, action and information when you need them, ensure this. Although Regina was not on site, she always responded within a very short time. Khadija's breakfast was sensational and always freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Dar. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

The Riad is charming. It's in an old house but has everything you need and is a quite place in the middle of the hustling medina. Check-in and check-out were went smooth.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

The location of the Riad is really great for accessing the medina and at the same time, it is a peaceful haven. Bahija and Hakima are very attentive and thanks to them the Riad is always perfectly maintained. We fully enjoyed the terrace and the pool which are super nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. We had an absolutely perfect stay in Marrakech! The riad was superb, perfectly clean, very well decorated, and totally private, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay in privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccable. Our host was exceptional from start to finish: always attentive, responsive, and very kind. She handled our transfers efficiently and always responded promptly to our requests. Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Absolutely stunning place!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rooftop and pool. Saloua was an amazing housekeeper. Very responsive and helpful hosts, made it a breeze to get everything into the Medina and Airbnb. All-in-all highly recommended place to stay in the Medina.

Something special indeed. Marrakech is a chaotic and in-your-face place, and Francoise’s place is a very chilled place to come back to. One of those Airbnb’s you walk into and go ‘wow, this is all ours?’ We ate out once, but the other two nights just had dinner up on the roof terrace. Housekeeper (Saida)’s tagine is great and as other reviewers say, yes, get her to make it for you one night. She let us watch how she cooked it and gave us a class on how to do it (as well as some saffron boulliabase).

We were seduced by this Riad which immediately made us feel at home, in the middle of the Medina. Everything was within walking distance. What really struck us was the calm and the soothing side while being close to the souks. The Riad has been perfectly designed and is perfect for a family of 4. The small pool on the roof top was really nice at the time of the aperitif. Lydie and her husband took great care of us. Staying in this great Riad in a quiet and safe neighborhood helped make this big weekend an unforgettable time. Thank you again for hosting us.

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

The hosts were really nice and responsive, they managed to face our concerns over safety at night. Breakfast were good. We love the villa, better than our expectations. We had a hood time staying there as a group of 11.

The Riad is slightly away from the hustle and bustle, making it an ideal oasis of tranquility! At the same time, all the squares of the medina are within walking distance. If you want to be out and about in the evening, you should note that the path to the Riad leads through some narrow, dark alleys or you can take a taxi. We felt completely comfortable in the Riad, it is very authentic and lovingly furnished. The housekeeper Maria is a treasure and lovingly cared for us. The food was delicious and served in a beautiful atmosphere. It was a great experience. Thanks for the great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Emma’s Riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful from the start of the booking process and throughout our stay. This home is a really special haven from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We loved the decor, how peaceful it is, the plunge pool to cool down from the heat, the gorgeous roof terrace and the lovely bedrooms. But above all we loved Malika and Tadelakt the cat 😊 they really are the heart of this home. Malika had made a delicious meal for us on our first evening, she made us amazing breakfast spreads every morning and gave us nice recommendations for places to visit including a lovely Hammam nearby.
