Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. Très bon emplacement tout est accessible à pied et les excursions proposées par le Riad simplifie l’organisation de la semaine. L’accueil avec Abdelilah est très appréciable et il est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et nos questions. Ghizlaine nous a régalé avec ses bons plats typiques, ses petits déjeuners et ses délicates attentions. Merci également à Romain d’être très réactif à nos demandes. Nous retournerons avec plaisir chez AZ RIAD a Marrakech.

This riad was the perfect home base for our trip to Morocco. It’s beautifully designed with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooftop hot tub and glass ceiling are great touches. The highlight of our stay was Nadia—she prepared breakfast every morning and kept the house spotless. Her hospitality made our trip even more special. A few tips for future travelers: avoid driving, as traffic is hectic and the riad is located in a narrow alley inaccessible by car. Also, consider getting a local Orange SIM card, as data service drops off once you leave the house. Overall, the home was immaculate and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay, easy check in and a wonderful stay and experience in an incredible rental, both Syrine and Btissem the housekeeper were so warm and caring and helpful. The home cooked meals were excellent and we couldn’t have wished for more. Our 6 year old pretty much lived in the 2 pools and the hot tub and our newborn son was showered with affection by everyone. Such a memorable trip - we will be back. Has to be one of if not the best air bnb experience we’ve had as a family !

Très bon séjour dans le Riad de Matthieu. Nous étions là en famille. C était notre 5 ème séjour à Marrakech. Logement conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Point positif : FATIMA... !! Nous avons retrouvé ce que nous aimons au Maroc. l hospitalité, la bienveillance , la disponibilité et la gentillesse grace à Elle. (nous avions lu les précédents commentaires et nous confirmons les dire). Petit axe d' amélioration : Quelques petits rafraîchissement sont probablement à prévoir (peinture, jacuzzi) mais rien qui n empêche de passer un super séjour. Allez y les yeux fermés !

We stayed in Yolande and Corinne’s riad with three kids (10, 7 and 3) and we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time. Seems a bit hard to find at first, but we had no issues at all. Great communication and all the help and recommendations we needed. We had dinner cooked for us in the riad an evening, which was amazing, and we can definitely recommend doing that if you want to stay in to get a break from the medina and all the impressions of Marrakech. Everything seems within walking distance as well, so that was easy and perfect. Thank you for our stay! :)

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa, véritable havre de paix. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et sécurisé, un golf avec une vue imprenable sur l’Atlas. La maison, propre et parfaitement équipée, nous a séduit par son charme authentique et sa touche marocaine, exactement ce que nous étions venus chercher. À l’extérieur, tout est pensé pour le plaisir et la détente : la piscine chauffée, les jeux pour enfants, le jacuzzi... tout était réuni pour que nous passions des moments inoubliables avec nos enfants. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment unique, c’est l’accueil incroyable. Kacem est un hôte d'une rare gentillesse et d'un grand respect, tandis que Ouafa, cuisinière talentueuse et discrète, régale avec des plats faits maison, jusqu'au pain. Nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de cet endroit, au point de regretter de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps.

We are a party of 5 between 15 and 82 years and the Dar suited us all perfectly. There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, one on the ground floor, all with en-suites. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very charming, with a gorgeous roof terrace, where breakfast is served. Location is central - very near Pikala bicycles - recommend to go there and do a bike tour of the city. We had nice food and drinks at Les Jardins du lotus, also nearby. If you have a car (we drove from elsewhere) parking is available next to pikala bikes where attendants charged 200dhms for 2 nights to park on the road - we just agreed but check if that is the right option and agree a price to transfer luggage to the Dar beforehand. The Dar was a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Very stylish and chic and the host was very communicative. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, we loved it and would have sampled some of the food on offer if we stayed longer!

Villa très propre, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa. La piscine est assez grande et sans vis a vis, située dans un emplacement sécurisé avec gardien. L’assistant est très accueillant. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos. Merci

This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Hasnae est très serviable, à l’écoute et très réactive. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, les équipements sont conformes à l’énoncé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

From start to finish my every request was met and our stay was an absolute delight. The villa is superb, immaculately clean, comfortable in every way and Hisham and his team are generous in their efforts. The location is perfect to get anywhere in the medina and a short walk to taxis, etc. I enjoyed an incredible massage onsite and a gorgeous dinner on the terrace. I would not hesitate to book this space again and your stay will not dissappoint!

Séjour parfait! Le Riad est magnifique, c’est une havre de paix dans un quartier très animé. Tout est très confortable, le personnel est adorable (Nadia, Abdou, une autre dame dont je ne me souviens plus du nom, et Said). Grâce à eux le séjour a été parfait. Les plats de Nadia sont absolument délicieux. Nous espérons y revenir !
