Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Douglas County

The stay here was fabulous and very relaxing! Our only issue is that the front door was extremely hard to lock, and after several attempts we still could not get it figured out. Otherwise, amazing place and Jinell was very sweet! I would recommend ☺️ the home has games, a sauna, a plethora of different items in the kitchen for your leisure.

We had a great family getaway at Janell’s place. Everything we needed was there. The place was spotless. Rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable.

The location was perfect for our fishing trip. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Good food at the nearby Hungry Trout bar and at the Kro Bar in Brule.

We loved our stay! Great house and private/tranquil surroundings including the sauna. We even had some wildlife sightings. It’s maybe around a 10 minute drive to breweries/aquarium and other spots in Duluth, which is perfect when you want a calm relaxing space but still close to hot spots. Walkable to a Burnett Dairy store if you need some cheeses/ice cream, other snacks, or an emergency pizza! We can’t wait to be back!

Lisa was a great Host from the start. My Family and I needed an earlier check in so we could get too my Daughters Dance Competition in Duluth and she made it happen and responded very quickly. The place was very clean and felt at home. My family and I will definitely be keeping this place on the list to return too. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

Jinell was always responsive including nights and weekends. RiverWest is amazing and we’ll definitely be returning.
