Such a nice duplex... it's good, it's warm and delicate... everything is fine! It is ideally located and Alexandra and Jeremy are very attentive to simplify our arrival and departure! An upcoming weekend in Saumur with this atmosphere around the horse will not be able to be done again elsewhere than in this duplex☺️!

Aparthotel new, nothing to say! Access to the castle as well as the services offered are a real joy! The owners are very attentive and like to share their world. We will be back!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the attic of a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. We were able to relax well in this very quiet location and look at various castles. We thank Cécile and Romain for the great place to stay.

Pleasant accommodation, 2 steps from the castle, 200m from a bakery and 450m from a playground. We stayed there at 5 with children aged 5 and 8, and a baby. Virgine was very responsive and pleasant. The little plus: children's games and books. We would recommend this listing.

Had a great time at Maévane's! The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos - well located and easy to access - communication was very fluid and the host was very welcoming. I recommend this place and would definitely stay again ;)

Melissa's house is very well decorated with all the necessities needed. Very quiet and in the greenery it is perfect for a stay on the banks of the Loire (bike, walk and 14 minutes from Angers by car). Melissa was not there but was very responsive. We recommend

The space was really perfect for our stay. It is both very accessible, clean and well maintained, with the rare advantage of accepting dogs of all sizes, which was a real plus for us. We had a great time with our dog in Raphaële and Lionel's spacious and comfortable space. Their welcome was beyond our expectations: they were very responsive, attentive to our needs, and particularly friendly, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The house is impeccable, impeccably clean, the bedding is perfect, the kitchen and amenities are perfect, the bathroom is perfect, the spa is extremely pleasant, the host is very friendly and available. We are very satisfied with this rental. The house is in a very good location, very close to the castles of Chinon, Langeais, Azay-le-Rideau, Saumur, the Abbey of Fontevraud... and the Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon vineyards... The house is spacious with 3 large bedrooms with bathroom in each, very large living room with open-plan kitchen, and all appliances as described. Two bedrooms have access to the garden, the third is upstairs. Linens and towels provided. The gate is wide enough to park your car inside, driveway long enough for 2 cars. Plus, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. One day, we needed a screwdriver and Patrick came to bring it to us, despite the late hour. When we left, Patrick and Isabelle came to say goodbye to us and trusted us, refusing to check the condition of the premises. We highly recommend this rental.
