Monthly Rentals in Double Bay

The accommodation is had a few quirks. The Subzero refrigerator needed to be defrosted (an alternate fridge and iced cooler were provided). There is a lot of Tech (iPad controls and such) that take some getting used to. There are stairs — one set to the 1st floor entrance and another flight of stairs to the 2nd floor with the bedrooms. Miles was very helpful in getting the suitcases up to the bedroom level. No elevator for those with mobility issues. Amazing views of the SYDNEY BRIDGE in the distance. And the outside patio space (with pool and grill) was a definite plus — as was the bedroom terrace on the floor above.

Wonderful host. Replied immediately to questions and allowed us to stay longer after check out time as our flight home was in the evening The views were amazing and the bed so comfy There’s a beautiful bakery across the road and a ferry to the city 5 mins walk away. Netflix provided and lots of kind gestures such as snacks and a bottle of wine Henry made us feel at home and nothing was too much bother for him. We would absolutely stay here again Wonderful wonderful views

I would highly recommend Karen’s place to anyone visiting Sydney or people who just moved here and need a consistent and comfortable place to stay while they figure things out. The location of this airbnb is 10/10 and made the entire experience. Karen is so sweet and provided so much detail and info that was so helpful!

The apartment location is very good with a short walk into the beautiful and very upmarket Double Bay Area with shops and restaurants. The ferry also goes from Double Bay to central Sydney and access to the Metro system is right by the apartment so getting around is really easy. Very nice to be out of the city centre but with such great access to it and the beaches which are a short cab ride away. The view from the apartment is exceptional and lovely to wake up to as you have breakfast.
