Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. An unmissable walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal path that connects the Port du Rosmeur to Ris Beach.

Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
