In addition, there is an office with a workspace and a closet wall. You have your own cozy enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill. There is a private playground with swings and a brand new trampoline. Use of the playground is at your own risk.

The home is an old village school, which has been modernized. The house is located on a 3,500 m2 plot, and with its many high-ceilinged and inviting rooms has preserved its charm and its atmospheric, original expression. In addition to the more than 200 square meters of living space, you also have access to an old schoolroom, which needs to be renovated - however, it can be used for play and activities. There is a wood-burning stove in the home as well as, in the TV room (without a door), a sofa bed, as part of the specified beds. Pets are welcome.

The area offers a lot of lovely nature, with forests and rivers, as well as lovely eateries. The building also houses a shop, tailor workshop & private residence. Relax with friends in these 2 unique and quiet, separate cottages overlooking the heath and forest where the Scottish Highland cattle live. Wake up to some magical mornings with the light mist in the heather and enjoy the silence. The cottages are located in connection with our small country house right by the coast to the coast path, there are plenty of beautiful walks in the large plantations. If you're lucky, you might see one of the wolves. Billund is just nearby with Legoland, Wowpark, etc.

"Guldsmed / Libelle"

Our "Guesthouse Guldsmed" is located in a small village between Ribe, Denmark's oldest and most beautiful town, and the stunning holiday island of Rømø (about 30 minutes away). It's approximately 45 minutes to the German border. Our small guesthouse features one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a private entrance, and a combined living room and kitchen (with a two-burner induction cooktop) with a cozy corner. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Arrive... feel at home and relax...

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Stay in a charming old farm from the 1700s. In its heyday, the farm belonged to the King's riding bailiff and was one of the largest farms in the area, which the living room and breeding buildings still bear the mark of. The house is old and the decor is chosen with respect for history and with a significant part of the family's furniture.
