The holiday home "Up Besöök" was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward . The house is equipped with a smart home system , which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting. The " Wildrose " apartment is on the ground floor of the house and offers very high quality furnishings . The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV .When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace , which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight of the apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna . So you can warm up in your private wellness oasis after a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x200) . Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe and extra large duvets (155x220) . We had a very nice vacation in Michael's house. Everything was as described and was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The rooms are practical and tastefully decorated; we also found it very positive that there was no unnecessary decoration lying around. There was also a high chair and a baby crib as well as a bed rail for the (parent) bed, great! Outside there is a playground, which was great for the kids. We can fully recommend Michael as a host and his house.

The location is great, the two double bedrooms are particularly nicely decorated. The kitchen and dining area are a little dark, which is due to the special location, so no deduction, you can also turn on the lights during the day. The bathrooms are nice and very clean; especially the large bathroom on the upper floor is really great. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, TV is huge! With the mattresses and pillows, we six residents were very different (un)satisfied (is also not really unusual); depending on the personal sensitivity, it is worth bringing your own pillow. The terrace is very nicely located, could have been a little cleaner. We liked it very much and we are happy to recommend the apartment, it is suitable for groups of adults as well as for families with children.

Constanze welcomed us very warmly, guided us through the beautiful complex and explained everything necessary. She was also available at any time, always had time and had many good tips ready. The sauna was accessible at any time of the day and night and we then made ourselves very comfortable in front of the open fireplace, overlooking the koi pond. It's something special when you feel so comfortable, so at home shortly after unpacking that you don't really want to leave. For two people with a dog, the tiny apartments are ideal and they are furnished with a lot of love for detail. In February it was extremely quiet there, letting the soul come to rest is really easy there. The "dog beach" in Harlesiel is within walking distance, and the one in Schillig is only a few minutes away by car. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and co. are also "around the corner" , the dike is right behind the house. Perfect ! Conclusion : Pure relaxation, the next stay is firmly planned !

I was a guest at Kerstin's for 1 week and felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Nothing is missing and everything is very clean. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer for use. Communication with Kerstin went smoothly. I can fully recommend Huus Mövchen and would come back anytime.

The host is super friendly and accommodating, he even suggested a later check out on his own and offered us a refund on our own because we didn't arrive until a day later due to illness. He came by extra after our check-in via key box to explain all the fixtures to us and had great suggestions on fishing in the surrounding area. Otherwise, the accommodation also leaves nothing to be desired, it is modern and fully equipped. The surroundings are super nice, quiet and private, difficult on foot, but many shops are very easy and quick to reach by car for everyday needs, restaurants and leisure facilities. We will definitely come back again at a warmer time of year.
