Private building, completely quiet.

Use the entire building as a private house!!! Near Sindaebang Samgeori Station. 210 meters in a straight line from Exit 5. It is a station area. If you set up Airbnb notifications, you can check the directions and front door passcode within 48 hours of check-in. Otherwise, text me. If you make a reservation request after 11:30 pm or midnight, it may be accepted in the morning. However, there are many guests who want to come to our bed and breakfast every day, so the guests who book first have priority. There are a few important precautions below, so be sure to read them at least once. Parking lot will be discontinued from June. It's a decent interior, and it's neat because it's just been remodeled. I always sweep and wipe before guests come, and pay a lot of attention to hair removal. ^ ^ You will feel like a villa while using the entire building as a private house. No worries about floor noise. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors and soundproofing are good. The reason is that the building is a private house and it is not attached to the neighboring building. ^ ^

The location of the entrance to the accommodation is ambiguous, but it is not difficult to find if you follow the description. The 3rd floor terrace is shared with 3rd floor guests. This point needs to be considered. Apart from those two, it was a very good experience. The accommodation is tidy and better than the photos. It's spacious and great to play. The fridge is a little small. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The parking place is a little ambiguous. Overall, it was very nice.

Good value for money. Very responsive and friendly host, I highly recommend this accommodation which was very well-equipped (with various cutlery, dishes, appliances, toiletries, etc.) We even had noodles and bottles of water upon arrival. The room was perfect with comfortable bedding (and air conditioning) Thanks a lot ☺️

This is what I call true love and passion for hosting it shines through every single detail, from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. This Airbnb truly left me speechless. From the adorable little notes in every corner to the complete set of thoughtful amenities, everything was prepared with such care and heart. It genuinely felt like home. What made it even more special was the surprise welcome gift a delicious homemade japchae! It completely made my day and brought the warmest smile to my face. I was so touched by this kind gesture thank you from the bottom of my heart. I even thought about extending my stay because it was just that perfect. As soon as I entered, the clean interior and lighting greeted me, so it was cozy. Above all, I was able to find it comfortably with brief but accurate guidance before check-in. And among the simple amenities, it was so nice to have a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste, and it was good to use shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, and toothpaste as Exmi products! Also, thanks to the air conditioner in each room, I was able to sleep coolly in the hot weather, and it was nice because it smelled pleasant. I like a little hard mattress, so I slept comfortably and woke up. It was even better that there were separate pillows for low and high, so you could pick and use them. Most of all, the host was kind and the reply was quick and accurate, so it was nice! My acquaintances who went with me were also satisfied, so I was proud and happy:)

I booked this place for a foreign friend who was visiting Seoul, and they were super happy with the stay! The location is great — only a 5-minute walk from Sindaebang Station (Line 2), so they could easily get to DDP, Gangnam, and COEX. There’s also an airport limousine bus stop within 7 minutes walking distance, which made their departure stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. My friend especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything for light cooking, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls with their family back home. They mentioned that the host’s instructions were very clear and that the whole experience felt safe and easy. I really loved the host – they were very friendly, responsive, and incredibly informative. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for me and my four children. The location was excellent, very close to restaurants and shopping areas, and just a short walk to Sillim Station. I’m very satisfied with my stay!
