It's a 15-minute drive to Amtrak's "Route 128" station to NYC and points south.

Conveniently located in the middle of town. Easy access to Salem and surrounding area. Parking for 1 car available.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

This quiet residential neighborhood has easy access to a transportation hub (subway/bus/trolley/taxi), is 7 miles from the airport and has restaurants and services nearby - many within easy walking distance. My Codman Hill neighborhood is a premium area and represents the best of suburbia in the city. The neighborhood hosts primarily single family homes with double and triple deckers but the huge Victorian houses dating back to the 1700 and 1800's are within this community.

This modern, spacious and cozy home was completely renovated at the end of 2022, thoughtfully designed for our family and guests when they visit. It is conveniently located close to popular spots such as Salem, North Shore and Boston (right off route 1 and highway 95). Grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaners and other amenities are just down the road. In a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We open it up for Airbnb guests seasonally. We look forward to hosting you!

A peaceful beach retreat that's close to all the action, this one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and is full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.
