Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Cozy forest house Blackbird in the beautiful Veluwe!

Enjoy our beautifully renovated chalet located in nature reserve De Veluwe which is perfect for a family of 5! That is, there are fixed beds for 4. There is a baby crib, which also fits in the master bedroom! Adding a camping bed (available) or your own air bed in the children's room is no problem. We do not allow parties. The beautiful sunny garden also has lovely shade spots and is rich in many birds & squirrels. Waking up early in this place is really a party!

From this ideally located accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities, such as boating, paddle boarding, cycling, swimming, hiking, canoeing, etc. The boathouse is very centrally located, and the cozy boulevard with its terraces and the city center of Harderwijk are within walking distance. The cottage has its own entrance and cozy garden and the possibility to store and charge your bicycles. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and a Nespresso Vertuo machine (including cups) and milk frother. Everything is available to enjoy.
