It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. Ivy cottage, at The Elms. Marshchapel, Lincs

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

A walk away from Hall Farm Restaurant and a great location for work or walking and cycling around the Wolds. The cottage is a quick commute to Cleethorpes, Grimsby and the South Bank and close to shops, pubs and other amenities in Waltham. Linen, towels and wifi included. A perfect bolthole for professionals.
