Berry Barn

ReubenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The area is quiet and secluded, Catie was very proactive and responsive with messages regarding check in and check out and also anything going on throughout our stay. The area is quiet but there isn't really anything to do or see within walking distance, so you will need to travel by car whilst in and around the area.
A detached holiday home is set against a clear blue sky, surrounded by lush greenery. The two-story building features a red-tiled roof, with expansive windows visible. A smaller stone structure is located nearby, with a well-maintained lawn in the foreground.

New build rural retreat near Louth, Lincolnshire

MadisonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Collette & Ron have been perfect hosts for our weekend at the North Lica coast. The cottage is immaculate, fitted out to an extremely high standard with all the amenities we could possibly need. It is really spacious with beautiful views, lots of natural light and is ideally located and very doggo friendly! There are lovely walks right out the door, a great pub (New Inn) and chippy in the nearby village (also walkable) and the beautiful coastline a short drive away. I couldn’t possibly think any way our hosts could have made the visit any better - thank you for welcoming us to your homestead, you’ve done a fantastic job and anyone fortunate enough to stay with you I’m sure will agree!

A charming Victorian cottage is showcased, featuring a brick facade and a classic tiled roof. Lush greenery frames the front garden, which is bordered by an ornate iron gate. A light blue front door adds a subtle pop of color against the natural surroundings.

Auctioneers Cottage - Louth

BekkyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a fantastic experience at the auctioneers cottage. Our hosts had thought of everything we could possibly need for our young children which took so much stress out of packing. Communication was fantastic so we knew exactly what to do on arrival and departure, including all of our parking options. We would be thrilled to come back as it was obvious from the guest book, that so many people do visit more than once. Thank you so much!

Elder House Self Catering Holiday Accommodation

A lovely place to stay in the Lincolnshire countryside. John and Jill were great hosts, very helpful and provided lots of useful local recommendations. The playground and fairy garden were great for our little kids to run about in and it is a very private and quiet place to stay. Easy to get to Mablethorpe and other places in the area.

Stylish beach side property, Humberston Fitties

🌟 A Little Paradise by the Sea 🌟 That little house captured my heart the moment I arrived. Such a lovely spot—friendly neighbours, two parking spaces, a cozy porch, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate dining room, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and underfloor heating, and the laundry/drying room was a lifesaver! The terrace was my favorite place to unwind in the evenings with the dogs and a book. It led to the garden, a shed, the dunes, and just beyond—the sea. From the kitchen, you could hear the waves, smell the resin in the air, and listen to the birds singing. No signal. Absolute peace. We’re definitely coming back next year—with the kids and the dogs.

Fantastic weekend at Ida May with the amazing weather really showing this part of the world at its best. The Fitties are so lovely and immaculately looked after. Ida May is in the very best spot with just a short stroll to the beach. Easy to find, access and park. Great layout inside and plenty of spots to sit and relax. The welcome pack of bread, biscuits, snacks and a raspberry jelly were most appreciated. You can tell that the property is well loved and appreciated. Great folder of instructions for walks and things to do. We did the walk to the Crown & Anchor at Tetney which was lovely in the sunshine. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely one-night stay with our dog. The space is cosy and nicely decorated - as described in the listing. Welcome touches such as bottled water, milk, chocolate and dog treats were much appreciated. The nearby beach is beautiful and just 10 minutes’ walk away.

Caroline's wee flat was a lovely unique place to stay with the added bonus of outdoor space. It was clean with a comfy bed and lots of quirky touches. Thank you for your kindness in letting us check in early and for the milk etc to get us started. A nice place to visit and unwind.
