The apartment is very spacious, with new furniture and excellent amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is fantastic—right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niš. Milena was a great host.

The location is truly beautiful — peaceful nature, amazing lake view, and the sound of birds in the morning made the stay very relaxing. One thing to note: the first and second floors are connected by a ladder, not stairs, and you need to go outside the cabin to access them. This is not clearly visible in the photos, so it’s good to know in advance.

Awesome spacious place. Super comfortable, better than pictures. Great AC, wifi, larger than average shower, good supplies. Modern appliances & furnishings. Plenty of lights & storage. Communication was ok, good during stay. Can arrange laundry to be done. Note to contact 30 minutes prior to arrival for someone to meet you. Very helpful. He told me but I forgot so had to wait to get in. He came in specified time. Nice small balcony. Has morning to afternoon sun. Great plaza park with colorful water fountains right beside place. They have just started with Airbnb recently. They have a few rooms available. Across the river from an old fortress. Note plaza & fort has nighttime music past midnight sometimes. But you can go to kitchen couch & shut glass doors to reduce noise to sleep. Bus station 10 minute walk. Has refrigerator, no freezer. Could use more kitchen utensils? I noticed an odd smell in bathroom? I would highly recommend place for its comfort & space.

The B&B is in a very quiet neighborhood, a one way alley.There is also a yard after entering. Our room is an en-suite with one separate bedroom, and a washroom, small balcony outside the bedroom. The breakfast is on the first floor, the fresh scrambled eggs are very delicious, while we go to the Paris Olympics, while watching the game live, it is very chill ~

Dragan was a very helpful and responsive host. The minute we walked into the apartment we were in awe at how clean and spacious the apartment is. It has everything that you need. The apartment is close to the taxis and very walkable to the center. Lots of restaurants surrounding the apartment and a convenience store just a step away outside. The bed was very big and spacious. Even though my mother in law lives next to the building and we could have stayed with her now knowing of Dragan place ,this will definitely be our go to place when staying in Nis. I recommend 100% Dragan place.

All reccomendation. This is my 4th stay in Lidija’s apartmant and i will continue to be her guest.

The apartment is great, everything was tidy and clean. The location is great, you can see Nisha from the terrace. Mihajlo is a great host, we easily agreed on everything and he just came out to meet us! You won't go wrong with this apartment!

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.
