The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, a kitchen/dining area/sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is supplied with basic cutlery, plus a kettle and a microwave. There is a big TV situated on the wall of the bedroom, and a wardrobe containing extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is supplied with all the basic toiletry. There is AC. Our apartment is 1km away from Rastoke, 30km away from Plitvice lakes, and 6min of walk to the center of the town.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Apartman Mrežnički kutak nalazi se u centru Duge Rese u blizini rijeke Mrežnice. Apartman je jednosoban, a sastoji se od kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, spavaće sobe, kupaonice s WC-om i tuš-kabinom te hodnikom. Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice, velikog dnevnog boravka , moderno uređene kuhinje sa svim aparatima te blagavaonice. Gostima je na raspolaganju i velika terasa s roštiljem. Studio apartment "Apex" is a penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the entire city and the river Korana. It is located in the wider city center, contains one room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, air conditioning and Smart TV. Parking in front of the building is free. The price includes champagne / wine as a welcome gift. The landlord speaks English and Croatian. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is luxurious and comfortable.

The apartment is located 250 m from a private beach where in the summer months you can find refreshment. The offer includes free usage of canoes.
