Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

Cheongho's house. A private house with a yard near the beach

Get out of the apartment today, and stay in a private guesthouse stay that smells of the sea, Cheongho House. When you open the gate and turn around, you will find a small yard. On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. So it's no secret that I became a fisherman~ :) # Fishing village retro healing house • Take a mudflat to the central market. • Water play and picnic are possible on the beach. • Go fishing at the port in front of your nose. • Enjoy Netflix with a beam projector. • Please relax as if you've come to visit your grandmother's house in a fishing village. There is no convenience and luxury like a hotel or resort. You might feel uncomfortable. But nowadays, only old houses have countless years and romance that are hard to see. This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. In particular, you can use the 150m2 private house to have a barbecue in the yard. This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain from a large window that is filled with warm sunlight. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

[Rangy's House #2] is located right in front of Sokcho Beach, and you can see the Sokcho Sea through the Songrim Promenade and the trees from the veranda. The exterior is an old low-rise villa, but the interior is cozy and really tried to make it look neat. AVA House는 제가 어릴때 살던 집입니다. 기존 펜션, 모텔, 콘도와 달리 Airbnb 취지와 맞는 곳을 만들고 싶었습니다. 그래서 다른 숙소와 비교해서 화려하거나, 세련되거나... 그러진 않습니다. 오래된 집이라 벌레도 많고, 냄새도 나고, 뭐 특별하게 좋은 것도 없습니다. ***** It was a family trip with my parents, and it was a more than satisfactory accommodation. Most importantly, there was a large yard, so I was able to really feel the countryside atmosphere. With the gentle breeze, I felt a comfort that I couldn't feel in the city center. The bedding was in really good condition. It was clean and pleasant, so my parents said they slept soundly, and I was able to spend a comfortable night thanks to you. I felt that the entire accommodation was cleanly maintained, so I felt more confident. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, so it was good to cook, and the necessary tableware and cooking utensils were well prepared without lacking. Especially the barbecue, maybe because it's charcoal, but the taste of the meat was really different. The whole family ate while admiring, saying, "The meat is really delicious~." I recommend it for those who want to have a barbecue! And when I looked around the yard in the morning, there were chickens and puppies, so I thought it would have been really nice if the kids had come. If you're a family traveler with kids, you'll be even more satisfied. Overall, it is a highly recommended accommodation for those who want to heal in nature ^ ^

The place was really warm and the bedding was so comfortable! It was the first time traveling as a family, but everyone praised it for being so easy to find, and they said it was a place they wanted to come back to. I went in the winter, but it's a place I want to go to again in the summer. Geumseong was also really kind. ^^

First of all, it was nice that the room was spacious. Laundry detergent, towels, and shower supplies were all provided, so it was very comfortable. There was a terrace, and the view was good, so it felt stable. Above all, it is on the 5th floor that doesn't look like the 5th floor because you can see the sea from the bed. I didn't have to go to the high floor to see the view on purpose. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there is an ocean in front that you can walk to, so it's good for a walk. Parking is a mechanical parking lot for 7,000 won per day, so the guys take it out and put it in whenever you want. I felt so comfortable like my home, so I was really satisfied with my stay.

I only went to Sokcho by express bus terminal. ^~^ Because of this accommodation I went to the intercity bus terminal I was surprised that it was close to the terminal by car. It was comfortable. :) The accommodation looked small in the photos, but The bathroom, living room, and bedroom were all cool. It's a neat and cozy interior, so comfortable and at ease throughout the stay👍 When you get out of the accommodation, there's a terminal full of taxis. It was nice because it was easy to get a taxi nearby. The only inconvenience The shower was a little small and the water came out a little less cool. There were almost no inconveniences:)

The location of the accommodation is good. I've only been on a trip to Sokcho for more than 30 years, but the convenience of living around was good. ^ ^ I've been to Daemyung Condo (30 years), a member of the hotel, etc., but it was uncomfortable to go up and down if I stayed in a hotel with an elderly person, but it was very convenient because it was on the first floor. Sokcho Beach is also a 2-minute walk away and a convenience store.There were quite a lot of restaurants, so it was convenient. It was a private pension remodeled, and the bedding was clean, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience. I think it would be good to travel around with those who are close to Sokcho Lover, which has only been in Sokcho for more than a year. I think it would be good. It was a one-night trip with my parents, and I stayed very satisfactorily! First of all, there were two bathrooms, which was a very big merit for a trip for four people, and it was tidy, and all the supplies were provided, so it was comfortable ~ It was nice to have dinner at the large dining table, and the beer glasses you froze in the freezer were impressive.
