Whilst I didn't stay in the room, as I was just using to to store luggage in Haiphong whilst I explored for the day, Pham was incredibly responsive and helpful during the check-in/out process and in providing local recommendations. The location was excellent for exploring the local cuisine and discovering Haiphong.

Located in a small alley near the center, it is easy to get around. Winmart is about 400m away. The place was exactly like the photos, spacious and airy, with a large window and a chill balcony. Bathroom is also large and clean. There is parking space for motorbikes on the first floor. The kitchen has a microwave, so you can reheat takeaways. Some small minus points: - The room is not really soundproof. However it is fairly quiet in the alley. - There should be separate slippers and mat for the bathroom - as the bathroom tiles are slippery, and after we use the room slippers in the bathroom they get wet and take a long time to dry.

Hléu's apartment matched the description perfectly. Well located in the heart of Haiphong. Plenty of restaurants, not far from Haiphong's attractions. Recommended.
