The location of this place has a friendly village like atmosphere, and includes a variety of restaurants, street vendors and pharmacies and other practical places all within a short walk. Because this is not a tourist area you will not be harassed and people are genuinely friendly. To get into the city takes about 20 minutes by taxi, motor bike ride or there is the bus (number 88) which takes you to the central bus station for just 6 dong. The associated cafe downstairs is a haunt for locals and the staff there are very friendly and extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed staying there for the many weeks I was there and will return again.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

Check-in was easy. The facilities were new, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower were sufficient. There was a convenience store and a shop nearby. It was a comfortable room, although it was a bit far from Ward 1.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Vietnamese noble residence, the pool is very big and very good!

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!
