The host is very friendly. She helped me a lot. My room is on the 4th floor then I had some struggles with carrying luggage over those stairs (If you guys have knee problems then you should consider it). She had my room decored so beautifully and the view is unexpectedly stunning. With this price, I have no more requirements for this house. Some notes for you: no elevator, no heated water pump, because HN is in the winter now then kinda having some moldy smell but it is okay.

Quan goes above and beyond even down to the free coffees and breakfasts in the mornings which most places don’t even bother with, just goes to show how Quans’ service is 5*! Views were beautiful from the balcony

I had a few issues, but the host solved it quickly and was kind. Due to apartment issues, host provide me a bigger apartment at no extra charge. It was easy to relax because it provided a comfortable and spacious apartment.

Room is in a very good condition. Location is just perfect for people who doesn't want to stay in Old Quarter, but they still want to be close city center. Verol is very warm and helpful person, she is always trying to make people feel more like home :)

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

Tea’s place is a little oasis in the old quarter. Tea arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, and made sure we checked in safely. The apartment was clean and nice and cool, and could not be in a more prime part of the old quarter, just a couple minute walk from beer street and our favorite coffee shop in Hanoi. Would stay again!

The host Ngoc is really nice. We asked for help when we made a mistake leaving the key, and they resolved it very kindly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

The apartment or the house are centrally located in the old town of Hanoi. From there you can reach a lot on foot. It is large and modernly furnished. There are many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The communication and service from the landlord was excellent! It's a bit difficult to find the apartment because it's in a backyard. But the landlord sent us a photo to make it easier to find. It's also important to know that the backyard is locked at night and you need a second code to get in.

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.

The interior structure is exactly the same as the photos The air conditioner in the living room wasn't cool, but It wasn't uncomfortable to stay.
