It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Spacious place in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Good location.

A modern, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment in a well maintained apartment building. Located in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood with eating options nearby and just a 5/10 minute drive to the old town. Our host, Duong, kindly arranged airport transfers and helped us recover a lost suitcase during transfer. Instructions for airport pick-up, check-in and check-out procedures were clear and timely. Phuong’s place was looking amazing. Extremely beautiful decorations and everything was clean and new. Check-in and check-out were easy. There’s a guard near by and you can contact him easily.

A place I’ve been searching for all along staying here has been an incredibly relaxing and “chill” experience. The host is so friendly and always ready to assist with anything, making everything smooth and easy. The space is neat, clean, and well-organized. Getting around was super convenient too. Although I stayed for several days, the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, completely comfortable and at ease.

We had a lovely time at Ha’s place. It’s very well located right next to the Train Street and close to the Oldtown. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and always helped us with all sorts of questions, refilling water bottles etc. We definitely recommend!!

First of all, the house was very spacious and clean, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the location was 30 minutes to the center. Most of the locals live in this area, there are cafes and markets nearby. The owner of the house responds immediately, and if you want to rent a motorbike, the lady working there will help you. I would like to thank Kim Phuong, who is a very helpful and good person. She is a very sincere and good person.
