Lovely place in a great location. We will stay here again next time we are in Sedona. Back deck, patio and hot tub area were great place to relax after a long hike.

The true definition of oasis! The tranquility and beauty is stunning and Troy and Katherine are exceptionally kind and helpful - their love of the space radiates! So many thoughtful touches - from kitchen to bathroom to laundry and beyond. Comfortable and private - plus being able to enjoy the gardens, the river, and the hot tub only made this space even more special. So grateful for such an amazing stay in Sedona!

Patricia‘s place was perfect for us. The location is great… so close to restaurants, shops and hikes. Even though it was close to everything, it still felt private and peaceful where it is situated. Some of the details that we really appreciated were the natural products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.), the FreeForm coffee was amazing, filtered water and the overall decor was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook throughout the week. The washer and dryer were much appreciated so I didn’t have to overpack. Check in and check out we’re super easy. I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay just outsumide of flagstaff in a quiĺet neighbour hood. Everything we need in a place to cater for four people, would stay again if we ever do another road trip. Thankyou for letting us stay

Very close to restaurants and a park. House was cozy and had everything you needed. The bedrooms and bathroom were on opposite sides of the house which was nice. Perfect for our trip to Grand Canyon.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay. We love the location by the trailhead in a quiet neighborhood with great views. Nice open floor plan. Spacious kitchen. Nice to have a useable garage. The covered porch was ideal on warm, sunny days. The hosts were very responsive.

We went for a girl’s trip, and we could not have picked a more perfect home! Between all of the bedrooms & beautiful kitchen, the location was perfect, as we walked to local places every day for coffee, lunch, and shopping. Matthew was quick in responding with any questions, and it was a seamless experience! Would definitely stay at his place again next time we’re in Sedona!

Amazing! The view from the backyard is phenomenal, and the inside space is just as good. Sandra has thought of absolutely everything, from extremely detailed instructions about the house and recommendations for the area to every kitchen utensil imaginable, board games, lots of fresh linens, everything! We would 100% come back the next time we were in Sedona. This home is a true gem and Sandra is an elite host. We would rate it more than five stars if we could!

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay! The location was perfect for us to have peaceful, amazing views away from downtown. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard patio and grilling area was an added bonus. We had no issues but if we did, I feel like Gary would have taken care of it right away.

Valeria promptly responded to my messages. Her home was lovely! It was comfortable, clean and the perfect space for our visit with our granddaughter. The location was convenient to downtown Flagstaff and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved the layout of the space. The bedrooms are away from the living area which is a plus with a toddler. The host provided a high chair upon request which was also really nice. Kid friendly overall and they were flexible with check in. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Lovely quiet space away from the bustle of downtown and NAU.

We originally booked unit #3 which had a last minute plumbing problem. Steven upgraded us to a bigger unit for the same price in Oak Creek. It was close to tons of trails for biking and hiking, and it had a bigger living room and extra bathroom. Convenient, clean, and comfortable- would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful location, excellent place to stay! We cooked all our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, BEST I’ve experienced in all my ABNBs. Even a good outdoor grill on the deck (with grill tools). The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The common area was peaceful with super comfy recliner chair, and the balcony provided such a lovely sunrise view. The unit was overly-supplied with throw pillows and decorative towels and kitschy plaques, but otherwise PERFECT. Highly recommend.

Used Jon’s place as a home base for day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona and ended up being perfect! Also had time to explore downtown Flagstaff, easily walkable, lots to do/eat/drink, and TONS of gluten free options everywhere we went! Would definitely recommend staying!

We stayed in Flagstaff as our Arizona base on a multi-state vacation with us and our two young children. We loved the ability to walk downtown and enjoy restaurants and the kids’ “noon years Eve event”. The location was safe, quiet, and so close to everything. Loved the dedicated parking and washer & dryer for laundry. The weather was pretty mild during our stay so I even got to enjoy some quiet time on the private back deck while the kids napped. Perfect for our trip and will stay here again if we come back to Arizona!

I loved staying here, the place is very peaceful, it looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, it felt like I’m right at home. It also is close to a lot of good shopping and wellness places, as well as an amazing hiking trail. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Guy and Kathy's condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
