The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
