I`m happy to host you in my lovely, sunny flat, just beside SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE. To the Gardens of the Schönbrunn Palace you will walk only 3 Min. Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Who liked to stay almost in nature and yet in Vienna!

Beautiful small and friendly attic apartment in the 11 district of Siemmering,what you need is all you need for a stay in Vienna and feel at home. Regards from the parking lot for your car ,right outside the door. The rooms are equipped with climate converters,they have a Wi-Fi connection ,each room has its own bathrooms. A kitchen is also included with everything you need Including a washing machine. A small pool is waiting for you in summer and a garden.

Entire house in a green paradise and yet in Vienna

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

The house was beautiful ,enough space for 8 people to stay comfortably . A little far from the city centre but a simple Wien transport card can solve that . Very responsive host who offered a lot of kitchen supplies and chocolates.❤️

The apartment is easy to get to and is very close to the tram stop 18 that goes to the center and to the CAT arrival station from the airport. The subway is also nearby. Nearby, past the Westbanhoff station, there is a pedestrian street with lots of places to eat and 4 supermarkets. This is a large bedroom with an additional sofa bed, very quiet with excellent fixtures. No noise from the neighbors. The combo grill and ventilated microwave oven is great for kitchen use. The kitchen burners are just two electric plates that are not very efficient but do their job. The water heater is gas so no problem for the hot shower which is spacious and comfortable. We found it to be a great value for a visit to Vienna.
